PROS:
- Fast shipping
- Slick UX
- Ability to sample different nootropic stacks before committing to one.
CONS:
- Despite their recommendation algorithm, I didn't receive the 2 formulas that I felt would most address my issues, instead I feel I received 3 formulas that didn't address my need.
- In my particular case, my box shipped with a formula missing — I got duplicate boxes of the Energy formula, despite their page promising that "Your first shipment will contain 4 unique blends of nootropics". This defeats the purpose of paying a premium to sample different stacks.
- The markup on the nootropics themselves is really high.
- Return process is shady.
--- You pay for return shipping fee despite their "30-day money back" guarantee.
--- You are asked to print a page at the end of the TypeForm return form that actually cannot be printed properly.
--- Hitting enter clears the page you have to print, which requires you to re-enter all the info for the form.
Overall, purchasing from FindMyFormula.com has been more of a hassle than a productive use of my time, so I personally wouldn't use this company again.
UPDATE: Despite reaching out and cancelling right away, I was charged 30 days later for a subscription box. The real kicker is that I'm just now realizing there is no way to log in to your account on the findmyformula.com website to see your order history or initiate any subscription cancellation. Definitely avoid this scammy company.
