It's obvious that Brian at findmyelectric.com has poured his heart and soul into providing the premiere place to list your EV for sale with a site that already addresses any concern you might have regarding listing, pricing, etc. However, whenever I did have a question, he was always patient and willing to clarify any concern I had and never made me feel rushed!

The buyer, J & S AutoHaus in New Jersey, was also great to work with - particularly Carlton and Kimberly! They were both so helpful, patient, and willing to answer all questions I had with the entire transaction.

I could not have been happier with my experience. I reached out via the phone to speak with a human being instead of fully trusting the technology. Brian Altstatt, the co-founder of FME, called back within a couple of minutes of my having left a message. He was very thorough and patient with me as I asked questions that were in fact already answered on the website. He knew immediately that he wasn't dealing with someone who grew up with computers and wifi (i'm a 50+ male).

Brian allayed my concerns about the process of setting up my account and completing the profile. The pricing was explained very clearly as well, and it felt like the pricing was quite reasonable for the service provided. They also worked with me to find the right price point. I assume they were spot on because there was no haggling and both the buyer, as well as myself, as the seller, felt like we got a good deal.

I only received 2 inquiries, but one of those 2 bought my Rivian.
