Radically inaccessible data and scam
If it happened that you decided to search for reviews before actually buying their subscription you are lucky.
Their API is just in unusable state: all the endpoints they provide as examples in their Documentation don't work at all. Tickers and Metadata endpoint doesn't work, doesn't matter how hard you try.
Prices endpoint returns last price for a year ago.
Fundamental endpoint returns data older than a year and it took me an hour to make a request which will actually return something instead of failing.
If you are thinking that you will just bulk download data for your backtest and get away with that without using API daily, DON'T BE FOOLED: there is NO bulk download of history, it's just lie. What you get are regular endpoints with pagination API, which start timeout with any reasonable batch size and skip value larger than 1M.
It seems that this vendor used to work some time ago but now it's just in maintenance mode with stale data and they are just trying to deceive you into paying for their subscription. I would assume it's written by group of students with low quality technologies and never reached usable state.
Cherry on top that I wrote several messages to their support asking questions and highlighting problems and they haven't replied.
