I found my new doctor! And he takes my insurance thank goodness. I didn’t think Google would help but I ended up on Find A Top Doc and now, I can finally relax.

I’m surprised at how much I enjoyed looking for a new doctor on Findatopdoc.com is a huge network of medical professionals along with tons of new and useful information about my cpap machine and the proper maintenance. I felt compelled to write this review, and I bookmarked the site so I can use it for other searches.

Hello, I used to work for this company, it is a scam. They mistreat employees, misadvertise, and lie to potential customers. I felt like a fool doing this job. I requested time off to see family, they told me no that I wasn't working hard enough, even though employees are guaranteed 15 days of vacation time. Two days before my trip I was fired. Good riddance. Don't work with them, use their services or buy their products. An awful company that deserves to sink.

Needed to find a new psychiatrist after mine retired. This site came up in my search, and I’m glad it did. It was easy to see all the doctors in my area. The psychiatrist I chose actually writes on their site blog which is pretty cool. I felt like I was able to get to know her a bit before I even made an appointment, and that put my mind at ease big-time!

The site was extremely easy to navigate, allowing me to find a doctor within my insurance in under 3 minutes! I was able to learn a bit more about my condition in a straightforward manner thanks to the surplus of articles available. They have a section where you can ask a doctor a question directly, which I took advantage of, too. I’m anxious to see what he/she says in return!

I recently googled myself to find out that I am being advertised as a medical doctor on this website, findatopdoc.com, without my knowledge or consent. I am not a doctor & did not consent to any of the information written about me. This website is fraudulent, beware!

I had a hip replacement a year ago. Dr. Steffanich was my surgeon. He is the best and nicest man I have ever met, he was caring and stopped by to see how I was before and after surgery. I recommend him 100%. He works for the Orthopedic associates of Rochester. Best doctor there is.

I just recently resigned from my position as a sales rep. We do cold calling. Whenever we get the chance to speak to the doctor we tell them that they were chosen as a "Top Doctor" for the current year. It's all lie. The award or plaque doesn't have any value. We just randomly call people from leads that's in our system. We just deceive doctors that they are "top doctor" even if they are not just to sell them the plaque and listing on their website that no one really uses. I only worked for them for 1 week because I couldn't take it, lies and deceiving people is not my game.

Beautifully mapped out. Findatopdoc.com offers a lot of information to learn more about your health and to find a doctor. The only thing I dislike is the amount of articles they have on the home page.

Site is extremely helpful when needing to search for a specialist in my area. It is easy to navigate, but I had difficulty with some of the photos being blurry of the providers.

Pure Scam. I tried to order a plaque, and they signed me up for their "media blast package" without permission, charged me $720, which was completely unauthorized. I called them and they told me, "we know you are very busy, you probably forgot that you signed up with us"...
They offered me a $300 credit, on a fraudulent $720 charge! I filed a dispute with the CC company.
Stay away, unethical business practices.

Easy to navigate through doctors in the area.

User friendly - but I did wish that after searching there was a way to further filter results, that way if you don't want to see doctors under a certain amount of stars you could. I like how it gives you a map so you can tell where the doctors are located!

I purchased a premium profile from FindaTopDoc a couple years ago along with other marketing products to help expand my practice. While I am happy with that- I keep receiving questions from patients about procedures I don't perform. I am a board certified orthopedic surgeon- I DO NOT perform surgeries and have not in the last 10 years. I specialize in non-invasive restorative procedures, yet...I keep on getting questions related to hip replacements, ACL surgery etc. I find a lot of value in answering questions publicly to appear on my profile, but they need to better filter them to be related to each physician's area of expertise.

My family doctor recommended that I should find a cardiologist for some issues I was having, and Dr. Timothy Martin helped a bunch. I was able to set up a meeting quickly and easily, and my visit there was great, and finding him through findatopdoc.com was easy. My only gripe with the website is if you're trying to find anything other than a doctor, scrolling and finding the right article you want is a pain, and feels rather cluttered and unorganized, and the search feature doesn't always work in a way you'd like it to.

Confusing Map Feature
When searching for a doctor- there are blue circles with a number inside and it takes about 3 clicks to get to a red circle which finally relays doctor information based on the location. There are also load time lags for going back to a previous page.

I am glad to have found this website! I have dealt with anxiety for most of my life. It has been challenging to find both useful information and resources in the same place. That was until I found this website. There are plenty of articles dealing with anxiety and they helped me learn and also realize that I am not alone. This is not something I am used to being open about this so I've never had anyone to ask about finding a psychiatrist. I am grateful that within a few clicks, it is easy for me to find plenty of psychiatrists in my area to choose from. Being able to see their profiles and ratings makes me feel comfortable seeking help. The only downsides were that some of the profiles didn't have faces and I couldn't find a way to read their reviews. Plus I had to refresh the page a few times before the search went through.

The site was slow to respond and I hit several 504 errors that reported backend error. I also could not find my insurance listed, and my own personal doctor was not in any lists I could generate. The article I read included several typos and misspellings, though it did have decent information.

I had some issues with inconsistencies in my profile. I had just changed practices and my old address was listed resulting in confusion. I had to call a couple of times to make the adjustment because I lost my login, but after speaking to someone they made the change. It is pretty much the same with all the doctor marketing companies out there, you have to pay to get expanded access which doctors now need to make sure that patients see accurate information online- but as many others, I have resigned myself to the new way of medicine and business and realize that sites like these and others are how the world goes around when it comes to how people find and make decisions on their physicians. Overall better experience than some of the other names out there that limit their product offerings to just reviews.

Find a Doctor has many resources and their blog selection is also organized by specialty. It can be a little overwhelming, but it’s very easy to find a doctor. I will definitely use again.
