SIgned up for the free trial as I was looking for a place. Found a rental elsewhere, yet they debited R750 from my account, within a few days after the inital R19 trial period. DO NOT sign up for this. I will be taking this further. And if it is not resolved, the media needs to know about this... They intentionally do not send mails to your inbox, so that you are not aware...

Total scam, I found a property I thought looked nice and when I tried to contact the landlord via the site it told me I need to subscribe and I can do that for 7 days charge being R19.00, then today they debited me R750.00. I did not agree to that. Back to the first part of my story. After paying the 19.00 for 7 days the site redirected me to a free site with the original listing for the property. This is a complete scam to get people to sign up to get their card information so they can debit your account later on. I want my money back. This site should be banned.

Absolutely useless scammers.
Got a free trial, cancelled that, then got an invoice for 39 Euro.
Website design is awful, literally no accomodation options in my region.
Hope they will go bankrupt asap.

I signed up for the free trial, after that I wanted to cancel the next day and it showed that I don’t have existing membership with them , one week later I was charged 39€ , when I tried to check for any membership it turned out that I still don’t have one. I contacted the website but no answer still. This is ridiculous!

There's no warning through email that you'r free trial is ending soon, and they charge you twice for one month too. I had the worst experience with this website i lost 80€ because of it and that's not a amount of money i was willing to throw out the window.

Over already 3 weeks ago, I canceled during the Trial period of my subscription. But I was charged 60 euros anyway, when I even got a confirmation email from THEIR SERVICE that my subscription was canceled. Long answers, strange answers - they are covered by scripts and don't want to refund, it's obvious. I have all the proof that the subscription was canceled on June 4, 2024 and the debit took place on June 6, 2024. I feel like I am in contact with scammers. On my last message where I pointed it out to them (mismatch of dates, sent a confirmation email, its copy to technical support, all screenshots and so on) I've been waiting for a response for more than 2 days. 60 euros flew off my card AFTER the trial period (which is unpaid and free) was canceled

The payment system may charge double or still charge after cancelling your subscription but the customer service refunded me so I changed my initial 1 star review to 4 star now.

I believe Findallrent company, has a great and user friendly platform for looking accommodation. And when I had some issue with regards to the payments, all was sorted out in a kind and respectful manner. Mr Ron, was very polite and understanding in his e-mail correspondence. Now this might sound simple, but for those who know how stressful it can be, in looking for a house, will appreciate and understand how a good customer service makes a person to feel.
