Been able to search for childcare jobs …
Been able to search for childcare jobs near me easily and can work around the website without problems. Use it weekly and happy to recommend.
Excellent website!
I only joined a few days ago but already have many offers for jobs! The system is brilliant and will be using findababysitter.com for future childcare jobs.
It's a very good company
It's a very good company, safe and professional. There are so many jobs advertised here. You also get notified by email if a job matches your preferences. Thank you!
Great site
It is a very simple process and gives you a lot of opportunities to find the jobs that suit you
Really good so far
Really good so far. The only glitch was not been able to pass my number to a potential client which lost me time and a potential job interview on two occasions.
Very helpful for finding babysitting …
Does what it says on the tin. Very helpful for finding babysitting work nearby.
Very useful website
Very useful website, allowing me to find different opportunities near me.
Thieves!
I employed a nanny through this website in 2015 and had a positive experience. I continued to receive emails from FAB continuously, despite not having an active profile for a long time. To my shock, in 2017 I realised that I had been charged 25GBP per month for 10 months (i.e. @250GBP!!!!) for sending a message in the autumn of 2016 which didn't even result in recruiting anyone. I am absolutely certain that I did not re-enter my card details nor sign up to a longer agreement with FAB.
I have tried to clarify the situation with the company and make them realise that charging 250GBP for no service is unacceptable. The company takes no responsibility and certainly has no ethical approach to how they treat their customers. I am truly annoyed at FAB and would suggest you stay well clear of them. No company, no matter what they have written in small print, should treat their customers this way.

Great website its helping me to find a babysitting job they have loads of options for me. It was also so simple to sign up and i like how i can see what families do with my request.
Everybody should join if they are looking for a babysitting job
Findababysitter.com
The website is full of friendly people, most of whom will get back to keen babysitters quite quickly, either with responses of acceptance or denial-the majority of those who unfortunately DO deny, will also provide you with feedback/reasons as to why. As a whole, 'findababysitter.com', narrows down potential jobs based on your set location-making it much easier for people to find jobs and babysitters!

Redesign and lack of clarity is …
Redesign and lack of clarity is terrible.
They are aiming for the foreign market which is borderline racist.
Whoever has taken over or the company has merged with need to redesign. Make it easy for both parties.

Poor paid for classifieds service - no actual help in finding candidates.
This is basically a pooling service. You are paying a subscription for what amounts to a basic classifieds service. Compared to companies like gumtree (that run free ads), the experience of Findababysitter is poor.
Most candidates don't bother to send any details about themselves or attempt to address your requirements. Most just send, en mass (I suspect) their CV's/Profile out in order to get a match. For someone trying to find childcare (which is pretty important role), Findababysitter does nothing to make sure applicants are thorough in their process. They could easily do this, by requiring each application to fill out proper applications for each position. Such as a multi-part form where they can input their suitability for the specific role, or how their previous expereince is relevant, etc.
None of this happens. The result is you are paying a monthly fee for a cattle market.
What drove me to write this review was their use of trickery in the cancellation policy. Firstly, cancelling you need to find an obscure link on your profile. When you sign up, you do get an email with instructions, but these instructions are incorrect!
Secondly, in order to cancel. You are then forced to answer a series of outgoing questions? Why am I forced to do this?
All in all the poor standard of candidates is made painfull by the cancellation procedures. Would I use them again? Maybe as know I know their methods? Would I expect good candidates? No.
