Review:
I have lived in a property managed by Whiteway Homes Ltd since 2021. What I have experienced is shocking and unsafe.

On 6 November 2025, I was violently assaulted by another tenant (strangled, hit, threatened with death).
Police reference: CAD 5188/08Nov25.

The aggressor was arrested but returned the next day.
Whiteway Homes refused to take any action. Their response:
• “It’s not our problem.”
• “We won’t do anything because the police released him.”
• “We will not provide anything in writing.”

Before this assault, I endured years of neglect, including:
• living with an alcoholic tenant who urinated in the sink and defecated on floors,
• unsafe staircases causing a serious injury,
• repeated complaints ignored,
• aggressive behaviour from other tenants.

I am a vulnerable tenant with serious medical conditions, yet they consistently ignored my safety and legal rights.

I have reported the agency to Brent Council (PRS Licensing, Community Safety, Environmental Health) and Shelter UK.

My honest advice:
Avoid this company. Their negligence puts tenants at real risk.

A total scam. They advertise a product and send a cheap alternative and refuse to refund unless you pay for the unwanted item to be returned which will cost more than the disputed sum!
