This is my second post regarding Fincut
This is my second post regarding Fincut. I posted three day's ago and also replied to their response and still no success in contacting "customer services" even after responding to their email link. I have tried numerous times to contact them vis Trust Pilot, Facebook, Messenger and email plus their online form to no avail. The tee shirts are two sizes too large following their measuring tool. I would like a refund and understand I pay the return postage but they do not provide the pre paid returns label as they refer to in their returns policy? The two email addresses they provide do not exist as emails bounce back "undeliverable". I will probably now receive their automated reply and another email link to reply to which I notice goes to anyone wanting to return items and giving 1 star rating! To rub salt in I have had two emails from Fincut asking "how did we do"! Awful company to "try" to do business with.

Quality if the tissue, good cut, final product received on quality plastic bag, not too much smell new or chemical like others, waiting on the first washing to see. The size calculator need to be fine tuned, I have take XL but reordered L to see the difference, XL a little to bib, maybe you can indicate to choices , one thight / ...slim fit type, the other relax, more loose.

Not free returns
Tshirts a poor fit far too tight on the arms.
Returns are at your own cost despite the website stating free returns, what makes it worse is they are now asking for returns to go back to France.
Terrible company avoid at all costs

Awful avoid
Do not buy as if you need a return it’s a joke, expensive and customer service very poor. Sent pack back to France of all places over week ago, still no acknowledgement of receipt or refund and I had to pay for the pleasure to return, I expect a charge back will be next from bank ! Shocking for a premium brand. If you buy be prepared to keep what you have or go through a horrendous returns process to the EU with charges, custom forms, awful!

I purchased 3 t shirts from this company not knowing they were based in France. I ordered size Medium and got a conformation email for 3 size small. I emailed immediately to raise the concern but got no reply.
the website offers an online portal to send messages but you don't get any reply. The link to an email address sends you to FINCUT uk which doesn't exist.
This company are either scammers or their customer service is non existent. the 3 t shirts arrived and were indeed a size small. the quality was average at best but didn't fit so needed to return. Again this was an uphill battle. It is impossible to get a reply from these people. I read through some of the comments on trust pilot and found that other people from the UK had the same experience. The only positive reviews seem to be from French customers. I only managed to get a response from Fincut when i put a negative comment on Trust pilot to which they sent me a direct message telling me to return the shirts. I was responsible for return shipping which cost me another £7.70 to send Royal mail. The shirts were sent back 2 weeks ago and its no surprise i have heard nothing back to confirm they have received them. I have sent emails and online messages with the tracking number for the return but they are just ignored. Please read other peoples comments before deciding to buy from this company.

I got a couple of T shirts last week…
I got a couple of T shirts last week that I would like to return but I can't find an address to return it to on the website. All of the email addresses return my emails as none-deliverable. What address should I post them to? I understand I need to pay for the postage.
Update. Fincut have contacted me requesting further information before they release the return information, which I provided 2 days ago and still no response for how I return my items.
