Amazing clothes, poor customer service

I have loved the quality of the clothes for many years. They are very well made and hold up, and I have recommended them to many people in the past. however I am very disappointed in the customer service experience. They are completely unwilling to remedy their own mistakes, so the customer shoulders the cost. I used to have a warm happy feeling when I thought of Fin and Vince, now I have a sad, un-cared for feeling, that I am not valued as a customer. I'm feeling really disappointed and don't know that I will continue to order from them.
