A friend of mine was in need of an investment opportunity in Germany. As times are kind of difficult I googled for her and found financial-services near by.
They are specialized in helping foreigners buying investment properties in Germany.
They did a marvelous job and helped her in the whole buying process. They managed to find the right flat and even lowered the final price, negotiating with the seller. Communication was always best.
