Unfortunately, I had a bad experience working with this group. They were not clear and honest about the approval,l and this not only hit my credit score but also cost me money and time for nothing. I do not recommend them at all

Even got a call to make sure all information was correct

Then got an email when the saying that the funds have been sent to the dealership

Rosie was absolutely incredible, she not only made it a personal task to make sure I got into a vehicle that is worth buying but made sure I was taken care of with the dealership when they were being hard to deal with. She kept me up to date and made sure that they were able to help me step by step through the process. I was never left in the dark during the entire purchase process. Within a week I am in a vehicle I wanted and cannot thank this woman more than enough! I highly recommend this company especially Rosie and her effort and willingness to assist in any matter possible.

Horrible experience, don't waste your time. I got called offensive and was told I'm out of order by voicing my concerns.

Was so happy when I found out I was approved. Already was interest in a Harley Davidson I went and checked out and talked the seller to reduce the price to a super good deal that would suck to miss out on. When my funding was approved the whole payment process and even before signing any type of loan agreement on the purchase of that bike they wanted the seller to share all his info, photo id and bill of sale before he received funds. The seller was not having it and was sketched out, the whole things was sketchy and the lender is even actually legit. But there is definitely something odd when asking her questions she started to accuse me of being abusive and yelling at her she she was the one yelling at me and speaking over me she trying to ask questions to make payment option more likely to be considered by the seller. This lady was doing business while on vacation 7 hours a head and definitely shouldn’t be working while on vacation unless she will be courtesy and prompt. Once actually approved and signed documents with lendcare she made me aware after telling me she was dropping me as a client yesterday she got back to me today to tell
Me funds were released but seller still didn’t trust the process wich I don’t blame him. I had already to her this won’t be doing this way and we mind as well move on. So it was weird when she called back and started asking me if he would go through with the deal if they sent me $1000 then he could go to with me to the mTO to have ownership signed to my name then he would get his money wich is ridiculous and not how private deals work. I had suggested something similar has a payment option where funds could be released at a bank that is local where he could pick up certified check or draft wher the required document could be released at point wher the seller would then get his check from a legit back who has certified check. The whole process seems like a scam and if you ask any question they get mad and threaten to close file. Wasted my time and fell for the bullshit leaving me feel like a fool and super disappointed. Could have been riding today
