Stay far away! These people don't seem to know what they're doing. They told be I was approved, sent me a contract, which I signed, then ghosted me. Then repeatedly asked me to fill out another IBV, which I did. Then never heard from them again. So now they have a signed contract and I am left wondering if they will try to take payments even though I never got a loan. Don't give them your information. Go elsewhere.

Total scam look at rating that should tell u and look at soo many one star ratings . This company is a tital scam .dont use they try stealing your money . Think its time to go to court

I recently applied for a mortgage with Financial Solution and I was extremely satisfied with the services. Sinead and Valentina were amaising in managing my application and getting me approved and Denise and Soloman were extremely helpful with the Mortgage Protection and Home Insurance. I couldn’t recommend you enough! 5 Star service!

Finance solution is a scam! They called my work place at Mcdonalds that I owed money from them even I didn't ! Breaching privacy of a person is completely illegal! telling my employer that I owed money from them even I don't even use your service! Now, everyone were talking behind my back, please stop humiliating people and calling their workplace for no reason! This is very unprofessional move from you all! And I agree from the rest of us in the review section because we faced the same thing!.

Low life company and low life staff, are calling my co-worker at our place of business. Disclosing peoples personal information. This is truly disgusting business practice and I hope these leaches burn in HELL. Very inappropriate to call people’s places of business, family members and their places of work. No confidentiality and when I told their staff member over the phone that my co-worker wasn’t at work and it’s inappropriate to speak his business to the rest of our staff. She hung up on me untill I called back and told them NOT to call our place of business no more!

After miss one payment you tend to call and call me scammers I need extra time and you not address me properly and in a professional way. If you do talk in a professional manner then I’ll respond. All this call me scammer, harresent reply, call fraud which non other loan say this.

I would give 5 stars but slow at responding! I have had a loan with them they are legit and very understanding when you struggled to pay! Amazing team just need to respond faster

Would give zero stars if I could. I’m going through a tough time right now and lost my job. It even forced me to move back in with my parents. I tried to tell them my situation and how I literally don’t have anything right now. Am barley getting by and they are threatening and taunting me with emails like “you’re being ungrateful and irresponsible”, “this is a business not a charity”, “we will continue calling your mom”, “we Weill send a bailiff”, “stop playing hide and seek”, “how do you pay your bills”, and even more. These comments are not needed and I get that the company wants there money and the boss is harping on them to get it but this is not the way. Asking personal questions when I’ve explained my situation and calling me names is t unfortunately make it appear. I even sent them a screenshot of my bank how it’s literally in the negatives and how I have t had an income in nearly 2 months. The last income I had I was making payments and I tried to tell them that but they keep demanding the money.

I would not recommend this place because when you’re going through a rough time like I am and am still trying to fill an obligation you’re just a no one who is irresponsible along with a whole bunch of other names.

I applied on a long weekend so it may have taken a little longer for everything to go through. Received my contract. However it was in French. So I messaged back later on the evening asking if they could send me one in English( I realized afterwards that they are located in Quebec,I am in Saskatchewan, so that was understandable). Which I did receive the next day. I read the reviews while I was waiting to receive the etransfer. I started to get worried as I read that some people never received their money. But I am happy to say, that i did receive it this morning. So my experience has been a very positive for me. Once I received the contract in English, it was very clear and easy to understand. I appreciate that I can pay it over multiple payments. They answered all my questions promptly that I had. Very professional. I will definitely recommend others to use them.

Terrible service!! Approved me for a loan, sent me multiple emails to sign the contract as I was working and didn't see the 1st email come in.. which I did.. then told me I'd receive my funds shortly.. that was 2 days ago... Multiple emails sent and the only response was saying they are experiencing e-transfers delays due to the holiday.. which is an absolute lie.. not sure why they would even bother trying to string me along for nothing.. emailed back and requested they send the transfer with the date of interest adjusted or cancel it all together with no reply.. TERRIBLE & CONFUSING.. bet you reply to this though

Wont respond to calls or emails.POOR SERVICE AVOID. They sent a contract approving for 500 from a sister company then later send an email saying I was denied for 600. Scam. They have time to respond to this review but wont answer the phone or emails.

Stay far far away. Went through the entire process, was approved and signed a contract for $500. Asked how long it would take to be funded, was told 24 hours. Followed up this morning (nearing 24hrs) to see about funding then I get an email saying my application had been denied. Took multiple emails to get an answer, but they still haven't advised why it was approved in the first place. I understand if I don't meet the criteria, but why wasn't that determined at time of application? Not after everything was approved and a contract signed.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Missed one payment and they harrased me non stop threatening fraud etc. Not professional at all instead of working with you they threaten you non stop. Any other company was polite and professional. Not these tools! And they charge an extra 250$ on a loan which should be illegal! Don't deal with these scammers!

Scammers! I was told I got approved for a $500 loan sent my pay stubs employment confirmation, bank details and etc.. been calling them for more than 50 times sent emails, no response no accountability from this company. I regret not reading the reviews, I see someone has faced a similar situation like mine before.

FINANCE SOLUTIONS! Please reply to your customers, take accountability!!! I don’t want your loan anymore but please make sure that you take out all my information.

had a loan from this company, I missed one payment as I had to close my main account, and their payment was attempted on the old acct. I replied to their harassing texts and emails (all different email chains, and the same replies from them, in different emails and texts, which never connect to my previous replies to them), and after 1 biz day they were calling and texting my references on a long weekend! And calling at 8am (them and me) o a stat holiday. All one business day after I got back to them and said I'd pay. They threatened to take legal action after 1 payment and day passed. And harassing others and myself with zero acknowledgement from a human.
Do not recommend and will be looking into mine vs their rights in this situation. Definitely seems scammy.

BE WARNED - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I TOOK A LOAN WITH THEM AND AFTER MAKING ALL OF MY PAYMENTS AND HAVING ONLY ONE PAYMENT LEFT I EMAILED THEM TO HOLD OFF THE LAST PAYMENT TO MY NEXT PAY DATE AS I WAS HAVING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY. I THEN STARTED RECEIVING EMAILS AND TEXTS 24 HOURS A DAY WHICH NOT ONLY DEMANDED THAT I SEND THE PAYMENT NOW OR I WOULD BE REPORTED TO THEIR LEGAL AND FRAUD DEPARTMENT, BUT THEY CALLED ME A LIAR AND A SCAMMER. EVEN AFTER RESPONDING MANY TIMES, THEY CONTACTED MY REFERNCE AT 11:00 P.M. ONE NIGHT. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I RESPONDED AND ASKED THEM TO PLEASE ACCEPT THE ARRANGEMENT, THEY KEPT SENDING THESE EMAILS. IT GOT TO WHERE I HAD TO BLOCK THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND CONTACT THE MINISTRY AND THE POLICE. THIS COMPANY, WHO BEHAVES MORE LIKE LOAN SHARKS RATHER THAN A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS DOES NOT ONLY USE THREATENING AND UNPROFESSIONAL METHODS WHEN CONTACTING YOU, BUT THEY DO NOT ABIDE BY LAWS ABOUT HOW AND WHEN TO CONTACT PEOPLE. BELIEVE ME STAY AWAY!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH WHAT I DID.

Unfortunately, they contact people that have nothing to do with the loans or anything just a reference, partner or emergency contact whatever they feel like calling you that day. They are even contacting me at 11:50 PM on a Friday. July 19 found picture of the borrower on Facebook and sent it to her via text message is this how are legitimate company operates? Because sending people pictures is highly inappropriate and downright creepy. Don’t ever go to this place. We have all the evidence.

I strongly advise against working with Finance Solution. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being a loyal customer with no previous issues, I faced severe harassment over a missed payment on a second loan of $500.

Within 48 hours of the missed payment, I was bombarded with accusatory emails alleging fraud. The situation escalated quickly as they began calling my references, accusing me of hiding. When I reached out to request their lenders or creditors license, which is necessary for filing a complaint with the provincial CPO, they outright refused.

Their behavior has been completely unprofessional and in violation of multiple creditor/lender laws in our province. They have made harassing phone calls late at night and on Sundays, and even threatened to involve the local police to repossess my property, despite having no collateral to claim. They have also threatened to charge me with fraud.

The stress and inconvenience caused by Finance Solutions are not worth it. They charge excessive fees for every transaction but offer abysmal customer service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

Given the cost of living lately, I super impressed by the liability with which I am able to rely on your company. Quick response and no judgement! Thanks again for being part of my life.
