It's hard to come by a learning experience that is going to be specifically for the mid-market, but the Financa course is an exception. Whilst the financial modelling modules are extremely well explained, you are also provided with granular information about the mid-market.

The modules you get in the M&A prep pack are very digestible and whenever you have any queries James is very quick to respond.

Overall, it is a highly relevant and beneficial course for anyone looking to work in the mid-market.

I had a 2-day session with James and I definitely learnt a lot on a variety of things. James made the session interactive and a great space to learn. He asked the right questions to challenge our thinking whilst opening the floor to any questions we had. He explained concepts clearly. Furthermore, James is an easy guy to get on with which made the session more comfortable and he genuinely wants you to get the most out of his sessions which was evident in follow-up emails. I would recommend it if you want to learn about private equity or corporate finance!

James provided an excellent two day structured training program to analysts and associates working in M&A, covering quality of earnings/EBITDA Adjustments, working capital and net debt analysis, business commerciality, valuation, deal structuring and private equity deals.
