Lack of communication
I don’t usually like writing negative reviews, but I must be honest about my experience. I requested a small withdrawal and, while I understand these things can take time, the lack of communication has made the process really frustrating. I would be very happy to edit this review if my issue is sorted
It’s not the amount that matters, it’s just the feeling of being left in the dark with no clear updates. A bit of reassurance or regular contact would have made all the difference.
I’ve enjoyed using the site until now, but this experience has sadly put me off wanting to continue. I really hope this can be resolved quickly and that the casino improves its communication, as it would make a huge difference for players like me.
Update emailed them again and still no reply or communication from them
