I never received the product I ordered
I never received the product I ordered. The delivery tracking form indicated it was delivered to an address in Arizona. I sent 5 emails over a 10 day period. I asked the company to either resend the product to my address or refund my money. No response. I am out $56 and am now trying to get my money back through PayPal. Be forewarned!

I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order. The USPS website reports that is was delivered after 3:00 in the afternoon.
No package was received. About a week ago, I notified the company via email and have not received a response. It was probably delivered to the wrong address.
That same day, I received two packages from another carrier they were delivered in the morning and were still there when i returned home around 6:30 pm

I needed a water filter for my refrigerator. The appliance store sold them for $50.00 each and I thought that was outrageous. After some searching, I found Filterswell and ordered 4 filters. The price was half of what the appliance store wanted. Installation was simple and I now have fresh, cool filtered water again.
