Exact transaction with Christina as Highlander Scott (other 1 star review), the expensive filter was shipped to me without any upfront recommendation that I need brackets for the filter to even work in my HVAC cabinet. Returned it at my cost and Christina rejected my refund with same reasons. My returns filter to them was pristine. Told me to go to UPS and UPS just declined the reimbursement as the box photos from FilterSolution.com showed ZERO damage on the box in order for the apparent tears to the filter to occur. I carefully slipped that filter back into the box after 30 seconds of realizing it was not going to work for me. Disappointed in this outcome and do not feel they handled my refund appropriately at all. UPS said the box had no dents or damage. You would do better to buy at Home Depot or Lowes. I was trying to buy the very best for my new 5 ton unit and this was an unfair fail that cost me $72 for filter, $18 for UPS shipping.

I ordered air filters from this company and when they arrived, they were a little too big in the height and length, the width(thickness) was perfect. I contacted the company by email and they replied with instructions to return. They said they had to be inspected and be in resaleable condition, once they rec'd them they informed me that the box and filters damaged beyond resaleable and advised me to file a damage with the shipper, which I have done. I emailed filtersolution.com and advided them I wanted the filters that I have bought and paid them for to return the damaged filters to me. She, Christina, told me they had discarded my filters and there would be no refund whatsoever. I have never had a company treat me with this much disrespect and just take it upon themselves to just throw the product I bought and paid them for and tried returning. Extremely poor customer service.
