We've been buying FCU filters from ghis…

We've been buying FCU filters from ghis company for ages. They are quick with delivery, have a wide range of products, easy with returns. Unfortunately, recently, there were some changes within the company, which dominated our account and made it very uncomfortable to re-order previous purchases.

I love the idea and the ease, but

I love the idea and the ease, but I struggled with payment and know this is a system problem, the failed payment didn't even get to my bank. Other vendors have looked into this and solved the problem. Filtermate told me 'no-one else has a problem' and toldme to try a different card or device. i felt really let down.
