I don't even want to give this company one star. My Mom ordered from them in November 2022. Tracking information was completely all over the place. Supposedly shipped from California, to Arkansas, NY, Kentucky. Ended up at a P.O. Box in Alaska. We live in Oregon. Nobody answers emails. Says they have 24/7 chat. They do not. No contact Phone number.

Scam! Scam! Scam! I've seen it before and should have known better. Would give negative 5 stars for this terrible continuing use of deception to good people. So many struggling to make a real living. I purchased a couch for $29. Good deal. Got tracking number. Supposed to come from California. Tracking from China, New York. Ended up in Phoenix, Arizona at a PO mailbox. I live in Minnesota. SCAM!!! What's better when they send you a email receipt it is enlarged so you can't see the email, writing, information on contacts, etc. Unable to downsize the email. Enough though to get the bogus tracking number.

Never received my order. It says it was delivered to a different state. I thought I did my homework but finding out that it was too new of a company and I didn't see that at the time. Let's hope we help future people. I bought it in November and I was to busy that I forgot about the item until December 30 and now I found all these people who got the same scam.

I ordered mine 11/27. Wrote to them and it’s being shipped. Tracking it and it’s in Hawaii. A lie. Will have to go to the bank now.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. If its marked down 90% then its too good to be true. I placed my order on 11/27/22. Kept tracking and tracking. The other day when I tracked it shows delivered to a PO box in IN...I leave in KY. I ordered a chair. How does a chair fit in a PO box? Filing a complaint with my bank to the transaction reversed. Pretty much theft by deception.

This company is a SCAM!!

I was definitely scammed and wish that I could give this company zero stars. I ordered a cabinet from this company. It was supposed to be a cabinet on sale (down from $99 to $29). I thought that the price was probably too cheap to be true, but then I rationalized that maybe they were just trying to get rid of excess stock that hadn't been selling well. They said they would be shipping it from California to New Hampshire. Well, long story short, the tracking said it went from China to California, then to New York. I thought "Now it's getting very close, and I should have it in a few days." Four days later it said it was in Anchorage, Alaska and on 12/22/22 it said it was at North Pole, Alaska (no joke) and had been delivered to my mailbox there. Thankfully, I have a good credit card service and they will be giving me a refund.

This company is a 100% scam, placed an order on Dec 4, 2022 and never received order, and they stopped replying to my emails and won't refund my $$$.
This company is a complete rip off, don't believe a word from them. Their website says they have 24 hour chat support, that is a BIG FAT LIE.

I looked up the address after reading reviews. The company that is there, is NOT Filpe. What first caught my eye was their website name 'flippep.com', you'd think they would get their own name right. I hope others look up the reviews before ordering. I was duped by a company pretending to be an outlet store for Jared Jewelers. Ya, couldn't get my money back on that one.
Packages shouldn't go to other countries like people have said. Websites like these need to be shut down.

Same song, 2nd, or 10th verse. I ordered a fold-up cabinet on Oct. 28 (company was "Family Life"). My cabinet was delivered to Knoxville, Tennessee ( I live in Ohio). Have been trying ever since to get my cabinet or a refund. Tried to email them and it came back that that email doesn't exist. The only way I've been able to contact them was replying to the email I got saying my cabinet had been shipped. They supposedly shipped out another one, but the tracking number was the same as the first cabinet. I started a charge dispute with my credit card company... notified Family Life and they FINALLY responded, saying they would issue a refund, but I have yet to see it. Am filing a complaint with the BBB, but probably won't do any good, since I've seen another ad for the exact same thing, with yet another company name! Am hoping my credit card company's investigation will have better results, and I can get a refund through them. TM, Lima, Ohio

Same as everyone else. Order storage cabinet. gave me a tracking number that was for an item delivered to Alaska.

I never received my package if it had a 0 star that's what they would end up getting 0 it said my package end up somewhere in Indiana at APO Box which I don't have APO Box So this company is a scam even the Post Office says they're a scam It was supposed to be a cabinet according to the postal office it would have only weighed 2 oz And I don't live in Indiana

Yes we all got scammed I ordered a chair left China went to New York then Connecticut ended up on somebody's porch in Puerto Rico post office sent me a photo of my label which wasn't even my name on the label but it showed the company in China that it came from I'm going to try to get a hold of them.

My chairs, 2 separate orders had the same tracking number. The order numbers were different. I watched the package go from China when it was supposed to be in California, and it ended up being delivered to someone in San Diego, CA. I've tried 2x to email them and keep getting it kicked back to me saying that the email can't go to the recipient, because their account has been locked due to over activity to prevent spam mail going out to the masses. I'm a disabled person on SSI, and my husband is a disabled vet. Granted, it wasn't a lot I spent on this, but it was enough to truly make me angry. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Save yourselves, don't shop at FILPE.COM.

The same thing happened to me. Has anyone received a refund? If so please let me know how.

This company is a scam! On November 1st I ordered a product and guess what I watched it slowly move from China to Ohio! Their tracking is a laugh! According to the tracking the package was delivered to addressee!
