I previously gave this company 5* having had many orders from them in the last 3 years. I Couldn't fault then but now ive placed another order only to be told i have to send a minimum £135 or the can't sell it to me, some lame excuse about brexit which made absolutely no sense. When i told them i don't want to spend £135 with them and asked for a refund, they're now not replying to emails! Im absolutely disgusted tbh after using them many time there's is definitely something very suspicious about this company now. I would avoid!

Very fast shipping. The package is coming from Poland, but via DHL EXPRESS, the order was with me two days after placing the order (Ireland).

Was very sceptical about ordering as this site is based abroad in Poland, has barely any reviews and the company doesn't seem very well known (website isn't top tier either) but I went ahead and ordered as they have a good range of professional brands I couldn't get anywhere else. Ordered on a Saturday and the item arrived on Tuesday to London by DHL. Was straight forward and everything seems legit. I ordered a chemical peel and it seems like a genuine brand product but I can't really say for sure if it's a fake (opposed to genuine) or not. I have used the peel and had no reactions and it seems fine/legitimate. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again. Good shipping times too esp during covid.

Company is based in Poland. I just ordered PRX-T33 and it was not packed in ice to stay at 8 C. Next time I order from them I will request ice. Shipment was through DHL and it was fast.
