We understand this order is important to you, however this review is unfair. Your order was placed on Saturday 9th May and was dispatched on Monday, as we do not dispatch on weekends.
At checkout, delivery to the USA was clearly stated as 7–14 days, and your parcel is still within that timeframe. Tracking also shows that the shipment has successfully passed customs and should be delivered very soon.
You emailed us on a Saturday, when our office is closed for the weekend. Despite this you received a response on Sunday.

If I could give it no stars, I would! I ordered the Vilixir Concordia perfume in 35ml. Paid for $53 dollars for it. Once I placed my order it said sample size x2. When I called the company they told me that they never had the 35ml. I said it's advertised on you site, please look. Nope, they never looked and was only interested in arguing with me. The company returned my money, but with a 5% restock fee. Mind you the item was NEVER SHIPPED. I looked at my bank statement, the money is still not in the account. But you know what's still on their site? The 35ml that they claimed that they never had. Buy at your own risk. Filledwithbarakah more like filled with bullsh;t.

We STRONGLY dispute the claims made in this review and would like to clarify the facts for anyone reading.
You did not order a 35ml bottle of Concordia. Your order, placed on 9th May, was for Concordia Sample x2, priced at £7.99 each. As you are based in the USA, the remainder of the total was made up primarily of the £24.99 international shipping charge. After your discount code, your total came to £40.17 (approximately $53 USD).
If you had actually ordered two 35ml bottles, your order total would have been around £95 / $126 USD, not $53.
At the time your order was placed, we were only selling 3ml samples of the Velixir range. The 35ml and 100ml pre-orders only became available on 16th May (TODAY) , which was after your order and cancellation.
You then contacted us requesting cancellation, which we processed. As clearly stated in our policy, cancelled orders are subject to a processing/restocking fee. Refunds also take several business days to appear back in the customer’s account depending on the bank — this is standard banking procedure and outside of our control.
We did not mislead you, and the product ordered was exactly what was listed at the time of purchase.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. Ordered two perfumes (blind buy) , didn't like one of them gave it to my sister and kept the other one. The perfumes seemed legit, delivery was on time and everything was prestine. Recommend, and will use it again in the near future (I still have two/ three perfumes I want to try).
