Hello,

We believe there has been a misunderstanding. We never stated that you had not paid for your order.

Your order was flagged by our security system for additional verification, which can occasionally happen. As a result, we requested further information before proceeding. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure designed to protect both our customers and our business.

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean an order has automatically passed all verification checks.

We are sorry that you feel this way, however there are several inaccuracies in this review.

Firstly, we did reach out regarding the verification request. The reason your order was not dispatched immediately was because it had been flagged by our security system for additional verification, which is a standard fraud-prevention measure. Unfortunately, we did not receive the information required to clear the order.

The verification request had nothing to do with whether payment had cleared. Orders can still be flagged for review even when payment has been successfully processed. This is done to protect both our customers and our business.

You state that your information and address were correct, which may well be the case, but that does not automatically mean an order will bypass verification checks. These checks are based on a range of security factors and are applied automatically.

We also note that you have since received responses from us, so it is incorrect to suggest that we simply took your money and disappeared. At no point were we unwilling to assist. We merely requested the information required to verify the order before dispatching it.

While we appreciate that verification can be frustrating, it is a necessary process that many legitimate businesses employ to combat fraud and protect customers.

Hello,

We strongly dispute this review. Your order was never dispatched because it was flagged by our fraud-prevention system and did not pass the required verification checks.

As a result, the order was cancelled and refunded. Therefore, it is entirely expected that you did not receive a product, as the order was not approved for shipment.

It is unfair to label our business a “scam” when the transaction was cancelled and the funds were returned. These security measures are in place to protect both our customers and our business.

We’re not sure why this review was left, as your order has since been successfully delivered.

Tracking updates can occasionally pause for a few days while a parcel moves between courier hubs, but this does not mean there is a problem with the shipment.

If you had contacted us, we would have been happy to explain this. Leaving a one-star review while the parcel was still in transit, only for it to be delivered shortly afterwards, is unfair.
