It seemed to take forever for my order to arrive, and the shipping & tracking information was difficult to navigate through. Once they arrived, I was pleased with the actual product.

In the advert you make it seem so easy but it takes a lot more effort to use them. They also don’t stay as small when stacked away

Product seems to work.
It took much longer for my order to arrive than I expected. They are well made, and I think they will work as described. However, I have not experienced that part of the product! Other than the long wait my only problem is that I think I ordered the wrong size! I ordered a medium and should have ordered a large. The waist band rolls down on me, and I find that very uncomfortable.
The product is better than I expected! The company sent regular updates regarding the status of shipping & delivery. It took longer than I expected to receive the order because it was not shipped from the US.
I ordered something from them a month ago and now there saying my package was delivered which is not true, I got no message or picture showing it was delivered and all they can tell me is I have to deal with a courier what kind of BS is that. They get zero stars!!
