Bad Host

I got a standard Premium account which was supposed to be 30GB every 5 days. The first day I got 28GB, after that I got random bandwidth every 5 days like 12GB, 17GB, 4GB etc. So basically I didn't get what I payed for. I don't understand why people use this host?

Avoid at all costs

August 2022 (3 years later):

Still terrible. Web site is now not even working (can't log in), I still wouldn't trust them with my credit card directly as nothing's changed about the service to change my mind, and the Paypal payment option redirects to a reseller that wants you to buy a book, but they promise once you buy it you will definitely get a FileJoker subscription, and you will definitely be able to redeem it on the web site that you cannot log into. This all sounds very trustworthy and totally not like a scam.

If you're a downloader, just suffer with the free service or find sources from other sites. If you're hosting files, why would you subject your users to this? You can't possibly be making a lot of money on referrals, only gullible people would pay for anything on this site.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

September 2019:

This service is straight up bad. If you have a choice in the file drop service you use, avoid this one entirely for purposes of a premium subscription.

The free download option is... acceptable, and better than most. You get ok-ish speeds (50-100kb/s), but also get restrictive caps and no resume capability, excluding the ability to download large files.

The paid option is just plain evil. If you do pay, under no circumstances give them your credit card. On two occasions about 1 year apart I used my VISA to pay, and in both cases within a month I had strange charges appearing and had to cancel my card. I used Paypal most recently, and so far so good.

However, using Paypal incurs a $9 (that's 60%!!!!) surcharge fee, clearly steering you towards credit card payment options. Don't fall for it, if you don't have any choice in which service you use. With the surcharge, the price is no better than other services.

There is also a 40GB download cap, which "renews every 5 days", which is total nonsense, and you will only get about 1-2mb/s download speed.

Terrible service, shady payment practices, steer clear.

Nice cloud storage app.

I can find all that I am searching and download large files easily. The best cloud storage app for everyday users. You need premium account for fast download.

They only give you 30gb limit per every 5 days and you can't even continue your download when your download stops because of their lame network. When your download stops, you need to restart the download and filejoker will dual-charge your download limit for the same file. Absolutely garbage and vile filehosting company. Also their payment system is evasive and suspicious. Avoid at all cost.
