good sheets but the prices are a bit…

good sheets but the prices are a bit too high compared to other stores. The quality is there but i wish they had more budget friendly options.

Order delay but great customer service

My order of custom sheets was back ordered which was a bit disappointing, however the customer service related to the delay was excellent and I’m appreciative of that. I received personal phone calls to inform me of the status and I received a free pillowcase with the item that arrived late. Certainly above average customer service for NL standards. Well done and thank you !

communication good delivery way too long

They are nice and prompt in replying emails but it took them 3 weeks to deliver a smartsleeve. Plus they are using GLS for delivery which is bad news. Got no info from gls that they delivered to a shop. Only after o did research i got to know where my order is. Terrible for a not so cheap product

This second experience was not good at all

It is the second time I online shop in Fijn. The first one was a perfect experience. This second time 1* experience. I ordered and paid two sets of pillows and I got one. I contacted customer care and I got not answer. So indeed, I just returned my goods today, I hope that they give me my money back with no problems
