Fast service and great products, appreciated the personalised touches

Great eco friendly products and the reusable bottles look great in my bathrooms! Now excited for delivery 2 and the travel set ready for the holidays!

This is a great service, ordered four bottles and received the free gift. Prompt delivery and super quality bottles, I had a variety of colours. The scents of the products are lovely. Great to be-able to send back the refill sachets and avoid keeping buying plastic bottles. Looking forward now to continuing with the service.

the best body wash I’ve ever used!

I was hesitant at first, stepping away from the traditional shower gels was a little daunting. However, as soon as it arrived and I had a whiff of the coconut body wash I was completely sold. The coconut scent is beautiful, very tropical and refreshing (perfect for spring/summer)

I have KP (kilaris pilaris) also known as strawberry skin, and usually struggle to find products that are hydrating enough to minimise the look of the small bumps. This body wash absolutely smashed it out of the park. By the 3/4th use my KP had really calmed down and my skin felt softer and cleaner than when using other shower gels, I also feel like the scent lingers for a lot longer after a shower than some other brands do.

The packaging is also stunning and looks very sleek and aesthetic in my bathroom and I’ve been absolutely raving about this product to anyone who will listen. I can’t wait to pick up the fiils shampoo when I run out of the one i’m using currently!

I bought the body wash set and both the lemongrass and coconut scents are amazing and perfect for summer. Love that you are able to customise the colour of the bottle and the lovely hand written note in the package. Really easy to recycle as well with the free post bag included with my order. Overall really good quality product and amazing service and will definitely be ordering again.

While I love the concept, and the quality of the bottles are great! The biggedt issue I have is the shampoo and conditioner formulas aren't great. I see that they are working on that, so I will give it a second chance when the new formulas come out.

I love these products. My order arrived quickly and the packaging is gorgeous. I worried that the quality of the shampoo and conditioner might be the trade off for the sustainability element, but I needn’t have feared. Will be ordering my re-fiils!

Great company, love the idea of cutting down on the use of one use plastic. Service is great plus the hand wash and body wash are fabulous, I especially like the lemongrass. Just added hand lotion to my subscription.

Just received my first product & I’m super impressed with the quality & smell. Shampoo & Condition including the rose gold bottle set! The free post returns for tetracycle make you realise you are doing something good for the environment as well as for yourself.

I found out about Fiils from my daughter and so glad she introduced me! I started with Shampoo and Conditioner, then decided to get the body wash and hand soap.
Love the design and colour of the bottles and the product is great too. I went for the Lemongrass and the aroma is amazing! Would highly recommend!

Truly amazing concept and beautiful products. The conditioner is unmatched, soaks right into the hair leaving it soft and bouncy. However the shampoo doesn’t work for me which is a same. Leaves a squeaky feeling and dries my hair out. Still, I will continue to buy the conditioner, my hair loves it !

I am always apprehensive about new hair and body products due to having really long bleached hair, but this product cleans my hair well and it smells gorgeous too. The body products are also great on my sensitive skin, and I have used them on my face without any reactions.

I'm really impressed with the service from fiils. I ordered a shampoo and conditioner, but received a shampoo and body wash. Fiils customer service was brilliant though - they got back to me very quickly and sent out a replacement conditioner immediately. Boden levels of customer service

Second order from Fiils. Disappointed with refillable metal bottles; each one had a dent in it. Won’t purchase from company again.

I love these products. I tried them before ordering all the bottles but now have the full set of bottles and travel set too. Love the simplicity of the design and the function of the pumps. I got the Silver for Shampoo, Copper for Conditioner and Rose Golf for body wash. The hand and body lotion bottle is slightly smaller so can tell them apart. I may have to use the Cricut machine to add larger lettering for which bottle is which in the travel set as they are all rose gold, but generally a happy bunny all round.

Beautiful bottles and presentation, fantastic ethos, everything is just so well thought out. Received a handwritten card inside the box for the personal touch which is very much appreciated. A warm, lovely brand, thank you xxx

My beautiful eco package arrived as promised, with a hand signed note. I love the ethos of this company and have only just done my 2nd hair wash with their product, but so far 👍

I love the concept and ethos of Fiils, been using their conditioner for over a year now and very happy with it. I use solid shampoo, but I was never too keen on conditioner bars. I was really glad to find an alternative such as Fiils, where I can enjoy the positives of a nice product, without compromising on my sustainable bathroom approach :)

Great concept. Lovely quick service and the handwritten finishing of the note was a nice touch. Products were well packaged with clear instructions re recycling.
