Firstly I was pleasantly surprised to find the item in stock as it had been released quite some time ago and I needed a genuine NECA Alien Big Chap specifically for a gift.
Communication from Figureland was excellent keeping me posted at each step.
The order was processed and delivered super quick and packed very well taking extra care for ‘the collector’

I pre ordered an item having not used Figureland before. I was apprehensive as I was aware a friend of mine had recently lost money through a collectible toy business misconduct.

Figureland kept me informed by proactive update emails, they were responsive when I had queries, and ultimately my item arrived very well packaged and protected and I couldn't have been happier.

I ordered a NECA figure for my dad's Christmas present. It was a pre-order item. The figureland team notified me as soon as it was ready, it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

This was my first time buying from Figureland and having had some bad experiences with other online retailers recently, I was a little apprehensive, however I needn't have worried. Communication was really good and the information provided on the website regarding pre-orders was comprehensive. The item I ordered was extremely well-packaged and arrived exactly when Figureland said it would. I am really happy with everything and would definitely recommend buying from them. I will certainly be using them again.

I was mildly concerned when my pre-order for the alien queen was delayed and Figureland's policy is that you can't email them questions about pre-orders, but they did keep me up to date on the reason why it was delayed, then one day I got an email saying the figure was on its way and the next day it arrived!
