Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. The assessment process was clear and professional, and the assessor provided practical feedback where additional information was needed rather than simply rejecting the submission. Communication was prompt throughout, and the guidance helped us achieve Cyber Essentials certification successfully. I would happily recommend Fig Group to any business looking for a straightforward and well-managed certification process.

Extremely impressed by the Fig Group

Extremely impressed by the Fig Group - went with them due to 6hr turnaround promise and they processed and sent my certificate in less than 2 business hours - would highly recommend them and the icing on the cake was the great aftersales comms with their MD, Jay.
