Fig & Bloom is Australia’s original premium flower delivery service. We design finished arrangements for the moments that matter most, then deliver them same-day across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane when ordered by 1pm, and next-day almost anywhere in Australia. We are not in the business of flowers alone. We are in the business of representing the people who send them. Every design is made by hand in our studios, photographed before it leaves, and backed by a freshness guarantee so what arrives feels considered, not generic. From birthdays and thank-yous to sympathy and celebration, Fig & Bloom is for moment makers who want the send to say something about them, and about the person on the other side of the door.

Avoid this florist if you want your flowers delivered on time. Bad experience with communication. I called the day after delivery was due; they said it was dispatched, but nothing came for days. Paid $120 for the Lucerne bouquet to comfort my sick dad, ended up stressing me more. They didn't communicate well about the 'emergency,' adding to the frustration. While emergencies happen, the lack of timely communication was disappointing. I have compassion, but it wasn't communicated when I called or for many days after. Good communication is key, especially for occasion-related flowers. Quick advice <3 keep customers updated, say no if you can't deliver on time, and be upfront about delays as they happen. This purchase was a letdown, with poor communication, handling, and a disappointing final product for a hefty price.
I ordered a Lucerne bouquet for a friend following the passing of her father. The bouquet delivered looked cheap, poorly put together and wholly different from what was advertised on the website. When I complained, my concerns were dismissed as "unfounded" on the basis the bunch had the required number of stems. They failed to grasp that anyone can assemble flowers - the point of paying to use a florist is to have it done artistically and professionally. The end result was not what was represented on the website and not worth the money - it frankly looked like I could have bought it from a supermarket. I strongly advise against using Fig & Bloom.
Ordered a bouquet for my mum's birthday. Fig & Bloom sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered. It looked beautiful and my mum loved it. Very happy with this service.
Waste of money . Very disappointed not a very happy Mother’s Day at all . Flowers were not fresh . Dry and wilted, won’t last no more than 3 days . Overprice for what was there different to photo and poor delivery service do not recommend this shop in Melbourne
Ordered a beautiful expensive bouquet at $206 for my mother who’s recovering from surgery in Melbourne. I live in London.
San Sebastián are a dramatic and very colourful graphic bouquet. Mum received a dull and stingy bouquet.
And they added cheap common pink carnations rather than the dramatic and exotic flowers advertised. Just yuck. Never again. So disappointed. I’d rather they contacted me and told me to choose a different bouquet than send a substandard one at this price.
Really disappointed with my experience, I live in NZ, and organised a bouquet for my Sisters birthday, she is in Sydney.
I wanted her to be surprised and sent them to her work address, as she is an essential worker. I wanted her to feel, spoilt and feel special, I emailed F &B several times chasing up the flowers, I had to call my Sister and let her know as it was close to her finishing work, the flowers arrived after 5pm as she was leaving! They cost a lot so you expect good service and value for your money and F&B selling point is great service and flowers. She loved the flowers but wondered if they would last long as some of the flowers looked a bit wilted? I hope your company stands by what you promise as you unfortunately missed the mark.
I ordered the WOW flowers for my mother’s 70th birthday because I couldn’t be with her for her birthday. I live in England and she lives in Sydney and Covid 19 got in the way. The bouquet was supposed to be special and beautiful and last for awhile.
The flowers she received were not fresh snd did not last long.
I wrote to fig and Bloom and they never contacted me back until my dad sent an email. I was then told they would send my mother more flowers... that was 2 weeks ago and she still hasn’t received anything.
Don’t order from Fig and Bloom! Bad customer service and flowers are not fresh and they cost a lot! Rip off and disgraceful. It was hard that my family couldn’t be together and then to be cheated like this made it even more upsetting.
Beautiful range of flowers made it difficult to to choose for our colleague in Melbourne, but we managed. An email was received confirming delivery, followed by a photo of the flowers and told that they had come from the market that morning. A very happy colleague called thanking us
Very Disappointed with the Service!
We had a really disappointing experience with this florist & the service from Kellie was atrocious. We received a vase of flowers on Easter Thursday and by Friday morning they were wilting! We watered them immediately but by Saturday the flowers were dead. I left a message on their answering machine on Saturday and expected to receive a response after the long weekend. However, no one returned my calI so I contacted them directly. I was shocked at Kellie's response. She was rude and unconcerned about the flowers & actually blamed me for not taking care of them. After a really heated exchange she promised to call me before the end of the day but I did not hear from her. Instead she emailed my Son who had sent the flowers even though I had told her that I didn't want him to know about our bad experience! She was full of excuses and more interested in writing an incident report! Terrible customer service and will never recommend them!
Wedding. Would not recommend. Poor communication and organisation.
When I first met Kellie she was enthusiastic and keen to create arrangements to suit the style I imagined.
Being a wedding, I had multiple quotations and Fig and Bloom was the most expensive by a long shot but being that I thought Kellie understood what I wanted I decided to go ahead anyway.
Once I had paid a deposit the communication was lost. In the lead up to my wedding Kellie no longer responded to emails unless I sent them 2-3 times or rang her directly. I scheduled a sit down closer to the date and she took other business calls in the middle of it. A few changes were made and I asked for a new invoice which I never received. After another face to face (which I had to just turn up at her store after not getting a response from her) I asked her again for the invoice and she told me if I had worked it out and knew how much it now was to just pay it and I still never received the invoice.
One week before my wedding, well after I had paid my invoice, Kellie called me and without properly explaining what she was telling me, I was genuinely confused and told her I wasn’t sure what she was asking me and she raised her voice, spoke over the top of me and was very rude. I found this upsetting and very unprofessional. I never received and apology.
When I paid more for a quality service I expected much more. There seemed to be a lack of organisation.
After my wedding, Fig and Bloom took my own bought centrepiece vases from the venue and I couldn’t get in contact with her for their return. The venue called, I called and I emailed with little to no response. I understand it was a busy time but an email would have sufficed. When I did receive them back 3 of them came back without their packaging boxes.
The flowers on the day were nice but nothing spectacular (with the exception of a large hanging piece)
The lack of communication, professionalism and customer service was disappointing and stress a bride does not need before the big day.
Would not recommend for a wedding.
