This is the second time i've used them, the first time it took 90 minutes to deliver the coins after twice contacting them on live chat, this second time, I have been fobbed off with the guy will be here within the hour, 90 mins later i contact them again, to be told check back later, when I asked for a refund they said it is night time there so cannot refund, they then closed the live chat and will not answer it again, 300k coins scammed, stay away from this site

Will never use again! I purchased 100,000 coins for my 11 year old son on 2nd March. Received confirmation from Paypal straight away that payment had gone through but no confirmation from Fifa13coins!! Coins still not received and still no reply to the email I sent yesterday about this.

*there was a problem with the automated service, this was more than likely due to the lage amount I ordered. Coins have now arrived.

Might be me being impatient but then I have a right to be once payment has been made. I ordered this morning at 10.30am, payment was taken and a transaction ID given. I expected the coins to arrive quite quickly as your video and testimonials show, but 5 hours on and I have seen nothing. No attempt at replying to my communications has been made either.

Edit* 2/9/13 - I've since been made aware of a mistake on my part whilst placing my order with fifa13coins.com. Thus my above review is unfair and should be dismissed by anyone reading it. After I re-ordered the correct way the coins were with me in under 10 seconds. Can't fault them, only myself. A little tip - be sure to watch their 'How To' video before ordering, It'll save you looking like an idiot, much like myself.......

ordered the coins at 17:37 on 3 august for £85, response i got says order received an hour later nothing has come through. customer service number was turned off and no response via email. Yet all of the reviews say fast and reliable.
