Ordered and paid for a product that ended up not being in stock.
The website and response was great but I ordered and paid for a product which their website said that they had 2 in stock but I recieved an email from them a few days later saying they had none left in stock. I did recieve a full refund and quite prompt as well but I was disappointed that I didn't get the product. If I had it would have been easily 5 stars.
