I did an online focus group last night. It was fun, relevant and professionally run. The fieldwork team made everything very easy and paid promptly (via amazon gift card).
My only issue was that the caller who called to verify my details was UK based and I didn’t answer at first as I thought was a spam call.

I was recently invited to participate in some market research coordinated by FieldworkHub which was being held online; whilst I’ve participated in plenty of face-to-face sessions with various agencies in the past, this was my first held online (due to coronavirus).

I found FieldworkHub to be very professional, and my experience dealing with their staff was nothing but positive; I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending FieldworkHub.

Really pleased with FieldworkHub. I was selected to participate in a market research project via Zoom. The staff I dealt with were really friendly, approachable and reassuring, the Zoom call went well and I really enjoyed it. I was invited to participate in a research project and the process was a very pleasant and highly professional experience. The research was conducted fully web-based and required only 20 min a day, exactly as advised. The content I was asked about was of very high quality and easy to understand and respond to.
