I ordered a washing machine from Fields’ website one evening and had a call back first thing the following morning to arrange installation. Delivered quickly, installed straight away and old machine taken away for a small extra charge. Fantastic service (and local)
Excellent and knowledgeable experience
My husband today purchased a cooker hob from Fields in Beaconsfield. The whole process was handled efficiently and easily. The staff were knowledgeable and offered excellent advice. We will never go back to the large nation wide store we have used in the past. Well done Fields. Many thanks.

Old fashioned service.
2 separate purchases of first a Fridge and then a Freezer, both in October 2025.
Fields seem to operate to "old fashioned values":
--------Polite, helpful and capable staff at all levels.
--------Well appointed and stocked showrooms.
--------Honest discussions about appliances.
--------Fast and reliable communication (Face to face, telephone, email).
--------Deliveries prompt, on time and very carefully conducted.
We've had a Fridge and Freezer in our houses for the past 40 years and I've largely ignored them, but I actually like looking at these 2 new Liebherr units.
We will most definitely use this company again, thank you very much for a pleasant experience.

The washer/dryer was installed…
The washer/dryer was installed successfully although the installer was a little unhappy that delivery arrangements had not been established beforehand. That was entirely down to Fields who clearly stated the delivery time could be arranged on the day of delivery as we had only returned from a holiday the evening before. So far so good with no issues.

Fantastic Service
Absolutely fantastic service from Fields who I cannot recommend highly enough! My 91 year uncle lives in a fourth floor flat with no lift and needed a new integrated fridge/freezer. The big appliance companies could not guarantee deliver to his flat but Fields confirmed it wasn't a problem. The delivery/installation team arrived within the quoted 3 hour delivery slot and went above and beyond having to make some adjustments to the built in cupboard to ensure a good fit. My uncle is a very happy customer indeed!

So disappointed with there service…
So disappointed with this well established business.
Was looking for a quality intergrated freezer to replace the one l had for 20 years.
They sold me a product off the shop floor with a fancy American name which turned out to be manufactured by a Company in the UK renown for inexpensive rather than quality products. Although the price they charged me did not reflect that.
Had an issue with one of the drawers from day one.
Which has since broken twice and had to be replaced each time eventually by the manufacturer. Having had the product for a short period when l went to the Store and complained they were not the least bit interested and referred me to the manufacturer. From that experience will not be shopping there again.

Very helpful from the start
Very helpful from the start. They helped my through the minefield of choosing an induction hob and replacement extractor fan then supplied and fitted them within a week. There was a problem with the hob installation as the gas supply to previous hob had not been correctly capped so they put me in touch with a plumber who was able to come and do this and finish the installation within a few days

Lack of Response …
Apart the delivery driver who was excellent this company's staff are not interested in helping . I had some issues with a Fridge Freezer I bought. The problem and response came across as nothing to do with them. Didn't believe my explanation and I had to ring the manufacturer. Take your money and the rest is your problem . I only had the item 1 week . Won't be using them again

I have used Fields in Gerrards Cross on many occasions to supply appliances. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful, Amanda in particular. Circa 4 years ago I bought a Dishwasher and it developed a fault in December - I struggled to get the manufacturer to attend and Fields organized engineer visits and aided in getting a new dishwasher fitted under warranty. They are competitive and I'm very happy to recommend their services. Mrs Moore GX

Dreadful customer service
By way of update from this horrendous experience, I have rewritten this review a number of times to try and get acceptance by Trustpilot as they were unable to allow me legally (apparently) provide the name(s) of the company principal. Today I’m updating the review yet again as they say any mention of defamation, even by inference is not allowed!
The following is a revised update summary:
‘Further to my review of 16th November 2023, reflecting the very unprofessional experience I had with the principals of this company, I can now request it to be reinstated due to having sent evidence to Trustpilot that the police reviewed the case of my dreadful experience of the ‚hit and run‘ incident in question and have issued a warning to the principal, for not stopping at the scene of the accident.
Be very careful when purchasing from Field’s as if anything goes wrong, you will see exactly how poor their service is!
Excellent experience
Excellent experience. I thought my expensive vacuum had given up the ghost. I explained over the phone the problem and they provided some suggestions to resolve . When that didn't work I brought it in, they opened it up and they new exactly what the problem was and explained what need to be done and the cause that was particular to the brand. After fitting the filter they powered it up to check it was working properly. I could have spent a lot of money on Amazon buying the wrong filters (as there were several for different models). They saved me a lot of money by taking it in and getting 1-2-1 advice. Thanks.
