Item not received. Don't use, its a scam.

6 weeks and still no parcel. What a rip off, stay away!!
Going to ask my bank for refund

I've paid for a novelty gift with expedited shipping with absolutely no information on what that means. When asked, I was given and unclear response as to what they actually do different. It's been about a month now and the package has only just been shipped. They also charged more from my account than what was on the website. They refunded the difference when asked but this is a very poor company and I would avoid purchasing anything from them at all costs.

Its been months and still no shipping info, not responding to emails. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and will be going through them for a refund.

This is an abysmal company, took 3 months to even send the order out. When contacted, I was fobbed off with excuses and refused a refund. I would not recommend this company

The quality of the trousers I received is absolutely shocking. They look like a 5 year kid made them! I'd be embarrassed to donate them even to the local charity shop. Do not order from this company. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering before I read any reviews. The reality is nothing like the Instagram photos.

Ordered wide leg jeans early September, have emailed, still not received the jeans. Wished I had read the reviews

Do not buy from this company. Items are extremely poor quality, take months to arrive and the company then refuse to refund, and if course then all communication stops from them!!!!

Goods not received , been waiting weeks. Every time I chase , problem with distribution, will chase etc etc.
I’m now asking for a refund , and they not just keep ignoring saying will chase up delivery. So no item yet and no refund. Do not use this site.

I wish i could give zero. The item never arrived. They told me that the delivery company told them they had delivered it so i should take it up with the delivery company. No proof, no photo, no signature just ‘not our problem’ and then ignored me.

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the fraudulent practices of this company. My experience is a textbook case of how they operate, and I want others to be aware.

I ordered a pair of jeans that were advertised as stretch denim with a specific design. What arrived was a completely different product: the material had no stretch, the waistband was cheap and thin, and it featured a side zip that was not shown in any advertisement.

When I contacted customer service, they entered a cycle of unacceptable behaviour:

1. Ignoring the Law: I clearly quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods must be "as described." They ignored this completely.
2. Insulting Offers: Instead of a refund or replacement, they offered a series of pathetic compensation offers (£3, £5, £6) for an item that was fundamentally not what I ordered.
3. Deliberate Misinformation: When I demanded a return, they repeatedly claimed the "freight for returning the goods is too expensive" and that it "will cost you a lot of money and time." THIS IS A LIE. Under UK consumer law, if an item is faulty or not as described, THE SELLER is legally responsible for the cost of return postage. They are trying to scare you into giving up.

Their responses were generic, copy-pasted templates that showed no intention of resolving the issue. They are clearly hoping that customers will eventually get tired and accept a tiny fraction of their money back, keeping both the payment and the faulty item.

DO NOT BE FOOLED. This company is selling products that do not match their descriptions and then using deceptive tactics to avoid providing refunds.

I have been forced to file a formal chargeback claim with my bank to get my money back. Save yourself the immense hassle and do not order from Field-mate-essentials.

Order placed over a month ago, goods not received. I asked for a refund and was told to “keep watching for updates and see if I like the goods first”. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This I do believe is a scam site. I ordered a hoody for my holidays, it never arrived. I thought it was a UK site..it isn't..could be USA, could be china, it definitely is not UK based.

Scam, bought a hoodie for flying. Never arrived. Absolute scam. Support keep saying it's delayed, changing where it currently is and saying it will just be a bit longer. Been months, don't fall for it .

Thick warm travel hoodie. That is so thin it is see through, and it will melt in rain. Nearly 50 quid down the drain. How this company are allowed to operate is beyond me. Dont touch with a bargepole

Ordered 2 Hoodies, the first parcel went missing, took over a month to arrive and quality was awful.

Ordered 2 of the airplane goodies which ive seen on social media. Advertised as a UK company with a short shipping time, yet when order placed tracking information stated coming from US. Now a month on and still no delivery. Chased numerous times due to vague tracking info and been told should arrive soon. Then contacted them again through PayPal to request a refund and been told the order was delivered to wrong address and they will be sending another out so asked to continue to wait. Have now raised a refund dispute through PayPal. Pretty sure these items will never arrive

Ordered a hoodie. The order took a month to be delivered. The Hoodie was not as advertised and was in very poor condition. Asked for a refund and was offered £2!
Customer Service is poor, and it's not worth the time, effort or money.
They are scamming people out of money!

Ordered 5 weeks ago. Hoodie apparently from new Orleans. Usa customs to uk customs. Now in Belfast. 3 or 4 days in each. Will I ever receive the item I paid for.

If l could give zero l would. Such a scam. Took a month to come was in a plastic ziplock with no markings. The fabric was terrible. No return option. Stay away from this company.
