Avoid! Took a month to receive and item no good, charged me more than advertised and only refunded it when I complained. Want to return as item poor and does not fit, only offered a fraction of the cost
Wished I had seen these reviews before I wasted £30

The item took six weeks to arrive, by which time the gift was useless and I had to buy a replacement gift that would arrive on time.

The item also arrived damaged and unusable, to which I was told they would give me 1/5 of the cost of the product back, or I can return it to China.

Avoid this lot if you can.

Do not buyfrom this company. If there was a zero star rating I’d use it. Ordered an advent calendar from a Facebook ad. Not arrived & can’t get a refund!

If there was a zero star option I’d select that. I’d highly recommend NOT buying from this company. Ordered an item and never received any shipping info etc, I asked for refund after not receiving it after 30 days, they refused! Said they’d send another after a further 28 days..nothing! Still waiting for refund, still refused…Absolutely useless!!!

I got my package as I paid for and in good condition, however it took nearly three months for it to arrive and I emailed them twice with no response when I thought after reading reviews that it could be a scam.

Turned out it wasn't a scam after all I brought my package through Facebook too so my only slight negative was how long it took for my package to arrive.

They are a con , product dosnt turn up and probably never existed. Dont but from this company

I have been waiting for weeks for Jeans that I ordered. Keep emailing them and they just keep saying in transit. I am so angry that I fell for this scam. These people are the lowest of the lowest. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS DONT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

I would actually rate it with no stars. I ordered trousers over six weeks ago, and according to the tracking, they've been sitting in Cardiff for three weeks. They will not respond with a satisfactory answer, and keep telling me that they've put in another order for me, but refused to answer my questions. A dreadful experience, and I will never order from them again. I still have not received my goods so will be going through the credit card company to get my money back.

Ordered jeans early September and now at 24th October and still no parcel. Emailed them every day for the past two weeks. They will not give a refund Absolute joke of a companyDO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

If I could give 0 star in would, took from july 2 now come , turns up thin temu quality material , eye mask for a giant , terrible quality, dont get ripped off by this company! Terrible
