Having thought about what to do when we retire, having spent time in Gibraltar both as a tourist and when in the armed forces, we decided to contact Fiduciary Wealth Management and see how the land lies when it comes to relocate to Gibraltar.

Matt gave me the answers to many queries, and some information that I had not really thought about.
Matt was more forthcoming with relocation info than companies spoken with before, who were just after money and dealing with rich clients and not ordinary retirees.
With it being a few years until my wife and I retire we have a lot to do and think about, therefore we will keep in touch with Matt and Fiduciary Wealth, and keep ahead of any changes that may occur.

Having watched several of their short, advisory videos on YouTube, we arranged one of their 15 minute, free of charge telephone conversations. This was extremely simple to arrange and ran to clockwork. Matt Penfold’s advice is clear and easily understandable . There was never any moment when we felt we were being rushed and in fact, we probably spoke for closer to 30 minutes. We now have a lot to think about and will certainly arrange a face to face appointment when we visit Gibraltar.

I am leaving the UK with my wife and came across Fiduciary Wealth on You Tube. I gravitated towards their webinars and videos because they were informative and nuanced. When I contacted FW, Matt replied and we had an enjoyable informed conversation about Gibraltar residence. It is only because I have now chosen another country to apply for that I did not move forward with FW.

This is not the sort of thing you want to DIY and it is my experience that you need to find someone who can read the runes, in the ever changing world of tax residency application, both in the UK and country you are applying for.

Paul contacted me on LinkedIn and offered his time to discuss pension planning. In this world there is nothing for free so I was a bit hesitant, but he said he is happy to have a chat.
