Fidelity is a great company to work with; my account manager, Dan, who is the most helpful and cheerful guy I've quite possibly ever met, always somehow manages to cheer us business owners up. Nothing is ever too hard a task for him; anything I need, he does it in record time. Shortly after that, I have an email in my inbox with exactly what I wanted, an absolute breath of fresh air. I highly recommend. We have recently moved our own phone system across to Fidelity through Gamma. This process was managed expertly by Mitchell and Dan, who kept me in the loop throughout the process of Teams phone configuration and calling queues, resource accounts and the entire process of getting my number ported across. Again, Mitchell helped me get everything set up, working beautifully and was checking in a few days after to ensure I was happy, not just like some who will complete the order and close the ticket, and you're forgotten about - not with fidelity though. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough; every aspect of the business is second to none. Look no further than Fidelity.

Steven was very efficient and resolved my query effortlessly
As we have previously experienced with Fidelity, the admin processes are poor but the technical support (Steven Giyama) was excellent. He organised the redelivery of equipment after the first lot had been sent to an address 200 miles away. He "stayed with" the ticket until we were satisfied the service was restored. However, we were without a working phone for over 3 weeks.
A really friendly company that are "on it". All of our kit broke in an accident and they resolved it so quickly and professionally. Cameron must have taken my call at least 15 times that day and was fantastic! Devon supported our IT partner so well. A very good company in a crisis.
