Really fast answer when I phoned, original call taker put me straight through to Mark. Mark walked me through each step patiently, calmly and very quickly got my issue fully resolved. He also gave advice for future tech additions and how he could assist me.

Initial call with operator was good. I could converse easily and he took time to let me follow his instructions. Very patient and nothing was a problem.
Andre was with me throughout thereafter. I didn’t have to repeat anything. It was so easy and he took on board my circumstances with a very poorly husband.

My broadband had gone down, checked with neighbour, she didn’t have any issues with hers, rang Fibrely, got through to Mark within a couple of minutes, he walked me through the process to reconfigure the router, absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely shocking after sales service. Broadband goes off regularly. No out of hours support, they say that are open at 08:00 for technical "enquiries". Often the wait time to speak to someone is over 30 mins. Zero help to fix the issue long term. Quick to set up and bill, impossible to get them to support effectively afterwards

We joined fiberly and where initially happy for the speed and reliability of the service. However since we have moved it's been a nightmare. Despite giving plenty of notice for our move in we have been unable to get an appointment for installing fiberly in our new home. We were given a date and told to wait for confirmation. Nothing came through despite numerous emails asking for an update. The last email said I would get an update on If the appointment was going ahead 48 hours after it was supposed to take place. No one was able to help. Shocking customer service, paying for a service they cannot even provide and constantly moving goal posts for getting updates and any help.

Edit: they're trying to appear as if this is out of the ordinary, yet I've supplied all details as requested, I have also been in touch with them via email prior to this review, so although they are trying to appear as though they're here to help, they're not actually helping.
Opted for fibrely as they all seem same same these days.
Used the one touch switching service - it never worked...I had to manually cancel my previous provider.
I'm now in the process of trying to get reimbursement for fees incurred from having to manually cancel my old provider, fibrely do not want to pay and are trying to alleviate blame.
