Absoloutely shocking my item was ordered over 2 weeks ago and was due over a week ago and after a total amount of 37 calls and 7 emails i get told that its not their fault and that the company they use to deliver are a nightmare .. even though my client knocked me £380 on my job as didmt finish.. i wouldnt get anything from them again.. if i could give less stars i honestly would .. 1 star is a compliment

The resin product they sell is great, it's a shame the company uses a bad courier company to deliver a material in which I'm sure suppliers need relatively quickly? The courier has said they were going to deliver on 6 occasions over 9 days. Very disappointing. It made my project late for a client,

I have bought for Fibre Glass Direct before and always been happy with the product and service. After ordering I had to drive all the way to Leeds to collect as they could not guarantee the delivery on time. I was disappointed when I put the top coat on as the batch numbers were not the same so have two shades of dark grey on the roof. Would use again but would allow more time and check first.

Excellent service and a great quality product. I was able to order the right quantity to recoat the top of my boat without spending on an oversized tub or multiple small pots. Thank you

Despite numerous phone calls and messages, the fibreglass roof repair kit never arrived. To be fair, the problem sits squarely with the courier XDP who allegedly tried to deliver the parcel on three separate occasions, but categorically they didn't as I was at the location waiting. In the end, they said it had actually been delivered which is complete and utter nonsense. Very disappointed.

I ordered the fiberglass kit as I required a shower tray for the campervan conversion, have not used yet as still making the plywood tray prior to coating, kit arrived quick and in good condition, having been on the chat line with the fiberglass direct team for me this was the best option due to a seat being required to fit over he wheel arch.
