Company is based in Hong Kong not a USA product. Buy Domestically not foreign knock off distributed products sold in California, which is part of Pelosi-ville, now a third world country.

Ordered a pair of BB7 brake calipers. The items arrived with no documentation and after further inspection and contacting sram, these are fake! Buyer beware

They have great prices and excelent support. It takes a long time to receive your order, but there is no charge for shipping and taxes. The only problem is that they have little product mix. For specific and general bikes parts it an excelent choice!
