THIS IS A SCAM!! I never received the items I paid for and they didnt stop the £12 pm subscription until I contacted my bank to withdraw the payments. I sent the bank evidence of me requesting and chasing the cancellation for an entire year with them. I never heard a peep from this company. ALL MUST AVOID

This is SCAM. They will slowly charge your credit card without you noticing it.

This a fraudulent website and a scam company. They take your money, don't deliver the goods, and use your card details to take other money by deception. They do not answer phone calls or emails, and are being investigated by the Police and Trading Standards in numerous European countries.

I had no problem with this website, product came within 10days, and I simply cancelled the monthly subscription.

Dont buy from this website!!!they save your card information to take money without your permission

Not recommended. I did not have a problem with my product, but forced membership is extremely unethical. Beware to cancel your membership if you use it.

Real scam, they have been taking money from my account for couple of months without my knowledge, I have bought one product and you are automatically member of scam, I don't recommend doing any business with them?!!!!

I used Fialipo and I didn’t have any problem. The product arrived 10 days after I ordered it with no problems.
After that, I cancelled the monthly subscription (I was still in the 14 days free) and I didn’t have any trouble with it either.
So I would generally recommend to use the website.

Although I do not complain about the product I bought, I find it very bad that you automatically charge my credit card account for EUR.19,-- membership fee. This is forced membership, and unethical. I asked 'hallo@fialipo' to cancel this forced membership immediately and refund me EUR.19,--. So far, refund not yet received. Bad !

Forced membership on me, and kept charging 139 kr. every month without a single notification. they are not answering their phone either.

Latest update: I have called them multiple times but they're not available. I have exchanged a few emails and they said that they can't do anything about it. I would not recommend shopping from this website, as 139 kr. every month just for membership is utter waste, and above all they lack proper communication and transparency.

The product I ordered arrived in good conditions and on time.

I won't suggest to take membership or buy anything from this site. They have most of useful product are "Ikke på lager" and If you find any item which is available then they sent an email that we cannot deliver. If they cannot deliver their product then why are they charging membership price every month.

Unethical. Kind of fraud company. Beware of this.
Cancel your membership immediately!!

If they cannot give service in particular month then they should not charge membership price for those months. Benefits can't be one sided.

My recent experience with Fialipo was quite good. I recently bought some child locks which were quite cheap and free delivery. During this process, I unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription. When I noticed this after a month and contacted the customer service, they didn't even ask a second question and returned the monthly subscription money immediately. Quite good customer service !

To buy in this website you have to "open an account" which they don't tell you it's going to cost. So without them telling you, you end up paying 140dkk every month just because you bought something with them once.
Such a scumbag way of stealing people's money.

Delivery time takes more than 14 days, even though they are marketing 1-5 days in their website. No compensation for the extended waiting time, instead they have changed me an additional 139 Dkk for some kind of membership. I don’t recommend!!!

Very bad advertisement and service!
Offering a low price for a product but after a few days they are gonna deduct a big amount on your account saying that it is for your membership.
There are also time that the product will not be deliver directly to your house even though it is in the receipt, so you have to pick it up somewhere.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE!!!
