Terrible customer service, avoid

We purchased an Echo chainsaw, for whom FGM Claymore are distributors, unfortunately the handle cracked and came away from the saw whilst in use. This is a huge safety issue and as such we took the chainsaw back to the dealer immediately. They advised us to contact Echo directly which we did.

FGM Claymore have taken months to agree to look at the saw and even longer to arrange for the saw to be collected, they even emailed and arranged collection however I do not believe that they arranged this.

An absolute con unfortunately for a very expensive saw.
