I feel obligated to inform other consumers and the public that this other review appears to be written by Sam, the owner of the business, not an actual customer as implied. This practice of posting self-reviews disguised as customer feedback violates Trustpilot's guidelines on fraudulent reviews.
As someone familiar with this business and Sam himself, I can confirm that Sam is the owner, despite not disclosing this connection. Based on my experience, I found this company's service to be deeply disappointing. The quality of work fell well below industry standards, customer service was non-existent when issues arose, and they failed to deliver on several promised features.
The fact that the owner feels the need to post fake positive reviews rather than addressing genuine customer concerns speaks volumes about their business practices.
