I ordered a custom made item. It arrived completely but was the wrong size. Massively the wrong size. Clearly it was not made to measure. Fetters refunded, but zero engagement. They seemed to not want to correct their error.

Some crap reviews from oxygen thiefs about this business, one in the US who says they waited 3 weeks and one who left 4 stars despite the only problem being a courier not even connected to the business, and then one person screaming about the tax they paid despite being from another country. Complete oxygen thiefs the lot of them. This company has always been great, many good items in my collection today that I have bought years ago from them. Great company and will continue to buy from them always. The other option is buy it from china where everything stinks of cheapness!

Had to wait three months to receive shackles. Ridiculous ! They claim this is their standard wait. Also they are cheap---and they provided only one key. Terribly overpriced also. Paid nearly $250 and they only sent one key. Never recommend them.

Very good quality items that fit very well

I wanted to order a product and tried using the voucher code also was told I'd have free delivery. Multiple attempts to get the free delivery did not work would not let me checkout without selecting paid postage. In the end found the product on another site no discount and paid postage but ohhh charged by fetters and no problem checking me out at all. Shame it was a good quality product and was really quick just a shame I could not of had what I was promised and wasnt given the discount etc or I'd be writing under 5 stars.

Great service, quick and helpful

Everything was in order. UPS customs process was completed faster then expected.

Only had sling, frame and mirror for a week and it has been rigorously tested several times each day. Very fit for purpose.

The reason I like Fetters is because ‘one’ can rely on top quality merchandise, that said one of the items was a pair of clover clips... these most certainly were below par and poorly made. Apart from that ‘blip’ everything is good!..... communication, discrete ‘bomb proof’ packaging .... can’t fault Fetters!!

I love Fetters and your products, but I had to pay over 40 euros for our 130 pound order because we're outside the uk, so it's unlikely I'll be shopping there again anytime soon.

Received my rubber suit, excellent quality, good price avd delivered in 2 days of ordering it.

Beautiful quality, happy with the items I received. The delivery was an issue (package got sent to the wrong city and stayed at the parcel center for 2 weeks), but that is not directly the fault of Fetters.

Hi there ... I recently purchased a new lock for my 12mm stainless steel chain from fetters

Ordering the new lock was very straightforward and easy to do ... and the delivery time was very good also ... Being kept up to date on the whereabouts of my purchase through the tracking system was a great help too ... all be it quite a teasing one .. lol
