I purchase a pair of air Jordan fire…

I purchase a pair of air Jordan fire red 5s when the shoes arrive they had wrinkles and creases. I reached out to express my dissatisfaction with the shoes and wanted to return them. I was told I can’t send the shoes back because the shoes won’t clear customs. I’ve asked can something be done because I am not satisfied with the shoes. I never got a response and now I’m stuck with a pair of that are of poor quality

DO NOT ORDER FROM/USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I can not use enough exclamation points! I ordered two dresses for a wedding. The order took three weeks to arrive. The dresses do not resemble anything close to the pictured dresses. In a review of one of the dresses, the company confirmed the flowers were embroidered. The actual dress received had no embroidered flowers and were printed on the dress. Both dresses cheaply made. I had to email customer service twice regarding returning dresses. First time I was offered $14 and told to keep them and second time $27 and told I would have “to return them to Dubai and it wouldn’t be worth the money I would have to pay to return the dresses”.

This company is deceptive

This company is deceptive. It claims that you have "30 day money back GUARANTEE, however, when the clothing arrives, the insert states you can return within 30 days ONLY if there is something wrong with the clothing. It apparently doesn't matter is the clothing doesn't fit or is nothing like they were shown. I have repeatedly sent emails to this company and no response whatsoever. There is no telephone contact number. The dresses look like the material is printed from a printing press. Never have I seen anything like it before. They do not look anything like what is being sold. Extremely cheaply made and the size Small looks like a large!

Impressed

Wow! I was having trouble getting a product from my usual company. I phoned Fetchy and within hours the product was outside my door, I'm impressed and will be ordering from them in future.

First order

First order. Delivered in 2 hours. Amazingly fast, accurate and frozen dogfood was very well packaged! Plus some welcome treats and a dog toy. Definitely will use them again! Great service!

If there was a 0 option I would do that

If there was a 0 option I would rate it that, terrible company they have no respect at this company. I kindly message them and let them know that when my shoes came in they were the wrong color and that I have them for less than three months and they were already breaking apart at the seems. And that I would like a refund for it because shoes should not do that and they were not in authentic Nike brand like they said they were in the description. Well the seller messages me back with the most ruse response ever and then tells me there going to post me on there platform Like excuse me? I’m just simply asking for my money back and she has to be rude. Calling me a scammer when I ask for my $ back and who was the one selling the shoes them not me. And calling me that unbelievable terrible company highly recommended NOT EVER BUYING FROM THEM. I do have photo proof of this too.

So upset. Bought trainers for our new foster child. Wrong size delivered. I have tried so many times to make contact but nobody replies to me.

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! Ordered an item for $35. When it finally arrived it was nothing like the item which I had ordered. Just some random $1 item that could never be worn. Absolute criminal company. I would have posted photos if this site would have allowed it.

Worst company to use

Worst company to use. Two packages went missing and no insurance pay out. Crappy service. And they hide information. Avoid at all cost because your package is automatically uninsured therefore there’s no protection.

I ordered a pair of shoes last week…

I ordered a pair of shoes last week that is still showing as "pending" (although they clearly took my money). Ordered because a friend recommended them but should have listened to my instincts. Despite emailing them, which I've done repeatedly, I have no way to reach this company. Will never use them again and would urge others reading this to do the same.
Update: I finally received a response from company so I’m glad they appear legit. The shoes appear to be on the way.

How do you get in contact with thm

How do you get in contact with thm? And if anybody can help me on how the sizes run/cut with the Melody Ehsani x air jordan 1 Mid WMNS Fearless...it say if the size chart have a W thn it's women size but thn when I go to get my size there is no W in front of the sizes but it say this is a women shoe so I'm confuse on wht size I should get and how they are cut are they cut like women or men shoes

Thank you Fetchy!

Had a great experience with Fetchy! This is the 3rd time my delivery arrives on time (even a day before) I had to change address so I called them, customer service was kind and efficient. Much better than other options I tried in the past, thanks!!

If there was an option to give 0 stars…

If there was an option to give 0 stars then they would deserve it.

I have never been treated so badly in all my life by a company. The non-existent customer service is at best negligent and at worst downright abusive.

Three shipments I sent via Fetchy went missing with carrier Hermes. On Fetchy’s website it states “All shipments are covered by basic insurance” and upon looking on Hermes own website, it shows that basic insurance is offered for free up to value of £20. I had no reason to suspect that this insurance would not be offered when booking Hermes delivery through Fetchy.

Upon placing my shipments - the only option I was given to ship my parcels was Hermes. I wouldn’t normally choose Hermes as don’t find them reliable, but I had no other options. And no option for extra insurance either. Ok - well £20 per shipment is better than nothing I thought.

Fast forward 3 weeks - all three shipments have still not been delivered. I write to Fetchy to find out what’s happened and get a two word reply “Shipment number?” - no “Hello, let me check that for you, I’m sorry about this” - you know, any basic customer service reply. Just two words. Then no further news, even after emailing again. I then have to call them to find out what’s happened.

Eventually I get forwarded and email with a “smiley face” showing me that all 3 of my shipments are marked as “lost” (all sent in different days!) with no further information as to what to do. I ask how I go about claiming for the missing parcels (given that ALL shipments are supposedly covered by basic insurance) and I’m told that they won’t re-imburse me as apparently the basic insurance doesn’t cover Hermes shipments.

I have read Fetchy’s T&C’s from top to bottom and can see no reference of Hermes shipments not being covered by their basic insurance. Their FAQ’s clearly state all shipments are covered. Hermes themselves offer £20 basic cover per shipment and had I shipped directly with Hermes, the cost would have been the same if not cheaper.

Essentially, these guys are absolute cowboys who are in complete breach of their own T&C’s and the way they treat their customers is absolutely disgusting.

I wrote a review on their Facebook page as I was struggling to get anywhere with their rigid and rude email manner, the review was a simple factual account of what happened however I was accused of “publicly shaming” them. I find that a rather odd way to treat a customer. As a business owner myself, customer service is of utmost importance to me. Upon the discovery that all 3 of my customers packages had gone missing, I spent hours emailing, offering discount codes, packaging up new goods and booking expensive deliveries with other shipment companies to ensure the goods made it to them this time. As a fetchy customer I was treated rudely, accused of publicly shaming them and then eventually told “not to contact them ever again!” - a very interesting way to retain and attract customers.

I’m shocked and upset at how Fetchy have treated me. Avoid them at all costs.

Poor customer service for a shoddy shipping product

I really want to like Fetchy as it looks good on paper. But in reality it doesn't work as:

a) if there is a problem; the online customer service team is slow, disinterested and rude

b) Fetchy's terms state it is liable (to a point) if an order goes missing but when that actually happens, Fetchy fails to live up to its promise of compensating for lost goods.

c) the actual service itself is flawed as it does not include couriers that are at the better end of the reliability and customer service spectrum ie: Hermes is its only UK offering, and here is why that is not an adequate offering:

In my own experience as an ecommerce director, and the experience of my clients who run online shops, Hermes is losing many parcels it collects and delivers, and if there is a problem, it is USELESS at following up a problem and attempting to locate a parcel.

Hermes has lost THREE of one of my clients' deliveries in 2 weeks. This means my client's customers are unhappy and my client is completely out of pocket.

It is hard enough for small businesses to survive in today's Covid-19 climate without being faced with further obstacles caused by such bad service.

Even though Fetchy knows of lost deliveries and the difficulties one particular client has faced, it has not bothered to offer any compensation to her out of goodwill apart from a refund of the shipping cost which is a miserable response.

Because of this, I will not recommend Fetchy to any future clients and strongly advise everyone else against using its service.
