Sending spam
Sending spam, I previously reported this and it seems that they just resubscribed my email even though I have never used their service, nor will I, my email is also personal so no grounds for a commercial communication.
If you search through the reviews here you’ll find the previous examples from many users who have had their emails scraped and then sent unsolicited spam emails, when unsubscribed from, they just subscribe the user again.
This is against GDPR regulations and simply bad practice. I have also submitted a report to the ICO with current and past evidence, I hope that they do a review.
Update: they sent me emails yet again after I unsubscribed and they keep flagging this review as harmful. This is a true review of their business practices, when I unsubscribe from emails my email should be completely removed.
Update from 2026: they are still doing this.

Such a scam
Such a scam. They've charged me twice while the site is down now, to the tune of 60 AUD. I wrote to them and they don't care at all.
They deserve to be sued for everything they have.
Note: they've reached out to me to offer a refund, and have ghosted me once again. This is not a legitimate company, AVOID.

Update: June 2025 - So I emailed them after the offered to help below and it's been over a month without a reply. All of you leaving positive reviews now will be in the same boat a lot of us were next time they get sued which according to WP will be very soon.
You're getting sued and not providing a service to members yet continue to take our monthly payments? Nah, not how business works. It's like going to get gas, paying for it and then told the pumps are broken.
I want my money back. I was with you guys for 2 years and this past one has been so shady it's not even worth trusting the service anymore.
