I bought tickets to Lost Paradise Festival 2022 on a Payment Plan (order #3129504)
I have successfully paid the first three payments, with the fourth installment due on 11th September. I logged into my account to check the status and it says 'pending' and was no longer confirmed. Although I had money in my account I was NOT charged the 4th installment on the 11th.
I am extremely concerned about where my ticket and payment plan have gone. I successfully paid the first three installments AND had the money ready for the 4th installment.

Pregnant and no refund
Hi guys my experience with festicket was BAD -.-!
I bought the rolling loud ticket in 2019
(festival of 5 days) over +500€
It got postponed 2years later!!!
My wife got pregnant and we wanted to see what the doctor tells us if its befor or after the date of the festival.
He was born on the exact day that the festival started.
1month before the festival i contacted festicket for a refund cause i have my kid’s on the way to be born.
THEY TOLD US ITS NOT A VALID EXCUSE , ur not getting refunded 😂LMAO …!
What should i have done then ? Come with my wife , make the baby birth at the festival and let Chris brown baptize him 😂😂😂

Refusing to give a refund for canceled hospitality in the woods event despite all other ticket vendors issuing a refund immediately. Can’t get in contact with customer service except an automated email stating only those with ticket protection are eligible for a refund.
Under clause 13 of their own terms and conditions, in the event that it’s cancelled, we are entitled to a full refund. Where is my

I bought tickets to Lost Paradise Festival on a Payment Plan in May (the initial order number was:#3195064). I Successfully paid the first three payments, with the fourth installment due on 26th August. On the 24th of August I logged into my account to check on the details HOWEVER the information about the payment plan had dissapeared also my ticket now said 'pending' and was no longer confirmed. Although I had money in my account I was NOT charged the 4th installment on the 26th, so it is like my ticket and payment plan no longer exist?

I have opened two 'tickets' in the customer portal to seek help, the first I created on the 26th of August and have heard nothing back. Please look into this asap as I am soo anxious about where my ticket and payment plan have gone since I have done everything right.

DON'T TRUST FESTICKET! It's almost been 3 months since the festival and both me and all of my friends who attended the festival haven't received our cashback from our cashless wristbands. I've contacted support 10-15 times and still no reply. They scam people of their money!

rubbish sold me a ticket to beautiful people festival which was over £70 VIP when in face there was no VIP section at all and all crowds had access to all areas - they are not interested !! they said i did not have ticket cover what a rip off will charge back on paypal SCAMMERS!

Worst company to go through when purchasing a ticket. I've been locked out of my account to view my tickets. Getting in touch with customer service is beyond impossible. Avoid going through Festicket, they're a scam. Have had nothing but issues from the start.
No tickets and No support… AVOID!
Purchased tickets for Amnesia 3 months in advance of the event. No confirmation or tickets at the point of booking (red flag!). Festicket support confirmed tickets would be released 24hrs before then event. Amnesia confirm Festicket were their ticket partner. Thought all would be ok but 24 hours before the event no tickets and no one at Festicket responding to help resolve the issue.
Had to buy new tickets on the door as issue sits with Festicket not amnesia.
Now having to raise a dispute via my credit card company to try and get a refund as Festicket unresponsive.

Hospitality in the woods
Ordered tickets for Hospitality in the woods which was cancelled due to rail strikes. Festicket was recommended by event organiser. Event organiser has issued refunds to all ticket holders but Festicket seem not to be issuing refunds. Looks like many people have seen the same problem with them. No contact numbers only automated email replies. AWEFUL !!
Impossible to Contact, cancelled my tickets after several payments
No customer service. Happy to change my review if they ever email me back. Order #3182768. My payment plan was cancelled even though there was money in the account. Help Site states to contact them and they'll reinstate it if there are tickets available, and I have emailed several times with no response at all. Absolutely frustrated as the event is fast approaching and may sell out in the meantime.

I was supposed to be refunded for a festival that was postponed in May. After numerous emails to Festicket - the response in that I will receive my refund. It’s now 5 months later with no action. I’ve lost all belief that they will follow through and wondering how I can escalate.

Bought tickets to a brunch event in London on 6 August 2022. Initially told the event might not go ahead and then no further communication received whatsoever either prior to or following the date the brunch had been booked for. Have chased and chased and they are refusing to issue a refund on the basis that I had no booking protection. Cancellation of the event was completely out of my hands, and in accordance with clause 13 of their own terms and conditions, I’m owed a refund. They’re still refusing. Now having to issue legal proceedings as a matter of principle. Truly awful company - avoid at all costs
No tickets Grapevine WA
Have asked multiple times for the link to tickets for Grapevine WA. Tickets and bus travel paid for months ago, customer service got back to me once via email to say they would sort it out but never heard anything back! There is no way of talking to someone on the phone to get any sense, totally frustrating. If someone from festicket sorts this out I will update my review accordingly.

Despite getting the email a month ago stating a refund, for my order #1870862, would be no more than 14 working days I still have nothing.
This added to the fact I never received my tickets for the event shows even more how poor this customer service is. I have no other option than to escalate this with my bank in order to pursue my refund as the customer service is non-existent.

I'd give this company nil stars if I could!! They initially sent me the wrong date for a re-scheduled event! Then totally messed up my tickets by cancelling them despite me making several attempts to persuade them to make them available to me, to no avail! 2 days before the event I got this email,

And no, I've still not had my money....I've now raised a further dispute via Amex (the card provider) who are now telling me that Festicket are saying they have a No refund policy! Don't you actually have to receive a service to begin with? Isn't that a legal responsibility? Anyway, I can afford the money but its the principle of them taking it, not supplying the service & then keeping it! If I have to go to small claims court I will as THIS IS JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!!
