So I deleted my initial 1 star review…

So I deleted my initial 1 star review and coming back with another one.
Shorter version : I bought tickets for the loosefest through the instalment plan. Just before the last payment was supposed to go through, I lost all my cards so when they took the payment it bounced. The further 3 payment attempts also bounced as I hadn't received my cards in time. Obviously my tickets were cancelled and I wasn't happy at all ... couldn't get in contact with anyone as there isn't a phone number, emails were slow. It was starting to look like I had just lost 160 something pounds and no loosefest for us. In the end after several emails and explaining the situation it all got sorted and they attempted the last payment again. I have tickets now.
I'm giving 4 stars because I would really like to see a contact number where customers could call and resolve any issues. Email responses are not quick enough sometimes. Otherwise I'm happy they were kind enough to resolve the situation as I was really looking forward to this event ...

I come to share my experience with you, my story is as follows.
I bought 2 tickets for the EDP Vilar de Mouros Festival 2020, but as we all know Covid-19 caused them to be cancelled, many festivals including this EDP Vilar de Mouros 2020, the tickets moved to 2021 and the festival was canceled again .
Now it's 2022 and there will be the EDP Vilar de Mouros 2022 festival, which I want to go to but I haven't received the tickets yet.
I contacted festicket, I liked at least they respond to emails automatically and then personally, I found it a little confusing but I think it's for security reasons.
This is my story, I almost forgot it I had already bought tickets other tickets before in 2019 and then yes, top I bought I received I went and came to the festival peacefully, now I hope the same thing happens in 2022...

Dodgy dealings Sziget Festival

Even after I posted this and they replied to email them, they still don't respond to my emails. Awful company, no number to call and they won't reply if you have an issue. They only respond on here with generic message to save face.

I booked a package deal for Sziget festival with them - tickets and a hotel stay (£1500). Checked with the hotel only to find out they have not got a booking under my name or Festicket and don't know of any deal going on with Sziget -very worrying!

The festival is 2 weeks away and it's too late to book another hotel, Festicket said they book the hotel under their company name and only give your name to the hotel 2 days before the booking. This seems a very dodgy way of doing things and the hotel doesn't even have any bookings under festicket's company name! The hotel is now trying to contact Festicket but of course no reply after 4 days.

As far as I'm concerned I'm not going to fly somewhere without knowing if I have accomodation and waiting 2 days before to find out is insane, I requested a refund and again no reply.

First holiday in years what a disappointment I won't be going.

Just use another company, useless..

I left a review prior to this and gave them 3 stars as technically speaking they had acted within the guidelines they set out.

I won't go over the main issues again but Festiticket explained that upon cancellation of my event, they would refund me within 28 working days.

They still haven't refunded me some 32 working days later nor have I received any correspondence from them despite trying to contact them via all of their published correspondence channels.

They will respond to this review with a generic copy and paste message but will fail to follow up as usual.

AVOID USING THESE AT ALL COSTS, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

CANCELLED. REFUND REFUSED.

I booked two tickets for EDC Portugal for 2019. It was cancelled.
I agreed to go in 2020, It was cancelled again.
So I wanted a refund. This was part of their policy for cancelling the event.

I filled out all the forms, but you refunded me to a credit card which I NO LONGER HAVE.

So I need the refund processing to a different card

I spoke with Lina who has been saying they have refunded when they have NOT. My credit company had NO RECORD of this refund. It's total BS.

It's been almost 2 weeks now and no reply. They LITERALLY SCAMMED me for hundreds of dollars.

I have told them I will be contacting my lawyers but still no reply

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY CANCEL EVENTS AND REFUSE TO REFUND. ITS A SCAM. ITS A JOKE. DO NOT DO IT.

I WILL REMOVE THIS REVIEW WHEN I GET MY MONEY BACK

Only one reply to all my emails, discussing a festival I haven't booked for. Very worrying!

Not getting anywhere with emailing this company about my tickets not arriving. Only had one email back telling me to check an app to get my tickets for a completely different festival! From all the appalling reviews this is quite common and I am very worried I won't receive my tickets at all. £241.14 taken from me.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, bought 2 tickets to The Grass is Greener festival in Australia, got the tickets to Gold Coast when suppose to be Geelong.

Got in contact with the customer service and they advised me to buy another 2 tickets to Geelong and they would refund the one in Gold Coast. So I did, spent more $300,00 (totalising 600,00) and informed the order number to get the refund of the first purchase and till now nothing, no communication from them and sent multiple emails.

***In regards To the reply from Festicket below: “ as advised 3 days ago the order was sent to our financial department for refund” - I haven’t received any email or any type of communication from Festicket, this reply was all that I got till now and this reply doesn’t correspond with the reality

Absolutely terrible company

Worst experience with this company, they took my money and never provided services. On top of that their customer service is very slow and borderline uncooperative. If someone from festicket reads this and wants to reply with that stupid template response about additional information DON'T! I wont waste any more time with your garbage company! I provided every purchase information, bank statements and everything.

raising the Titantic would be easier than getting your money back from this company - BEWARE

my wife and i purchased what we thought were tickets to see Elton John at Hyde Park. We are both rather old and disabled and we needed tickets for the disabled platform. We were told the platform was full 7 months after we ordered our tickets and according to their agent we were not booked for that concert but for a group called Pearl Jam which we have never heard of. It has taken us 5 months writing to them to get our money back but even then refuse to give us our booking fee back even when they did not book the right concert. We will probably not go to too many more concerts but I warn you all of the fight you will have to undergo to get your money back from this awful company.

Worst customer service ever

My story starts in July when I requested a (legally permitted) refund for two full tickets to Vagos metal fest 2020.
1 month went by, and no answer, I created my first support ticket in August (#593311 - look it up when you read this - I know you do). A representative answers me, acknowledging my request, and confirming that everything is in order, and all I need do is wait some days, and all will be sorted.

So now I'm here, 1 year and 7 support tickets (getting arbitrarily marked as solved), over 70 messages, 2 support chats, and the refund is nowhere to be seen. Answers take 1, 2 months sometimes, ranging from generic automated emails and "issue solved" notices coming from out of nowhere to requests for "waiting". Via chat, I'm told that "there is an issue with a refund, but that is quickly solved", for which they would only need my bank account details - which were sent in the following minutes. 2 months gone by - nothing. Zero. Silence.

Please, don't answer this review with "please send us an email" as you did previously. I've sent over 50 emails, and it did absolutely nothing.

Festicket is a joke. Worst customer service ever in 40 years of my life.
