I need my money as you charged me 40 Aed without telling me

I have created account by mistake and I am not aware but somewhere obviously I checked that I am adding money to this account.
I have noticed that yesterday 27.8. and contacted you immediately.
After that you contacted me through an email and said that you will return this money to me.
So now I am waiting for that to happen, if it have happened already I would give 5 stars.

It seems like they are trying hacking/ phishing. That’s a very poor way of doing business
