Order not received and no response from customer service

I placed an order on 30 August and prepaid €34.54 for my seeds. Unfortunately, I still have not received my package.

I have tried contacting the company several times, both through the customer support form on their website and by email, but I have received no reply at all.

At this point, there has been no package, no update, and no response from customer service. I would simply like to know what has happened to my order and either receive what I paid for or get a refund.

Very disappointing experience so far.
