Still waiting for my package

They advertise that they will send you package the same day of the order. That is a lie!!!!
I ordered 09.12.2025, 5 days later at 14.12.2025 they still haven't sent my package. They have taken the money, and my package has not been moved 1 cm from their facility. I called their service number they didn't pick it up, even though i called in their working hours on a weekday. i called their store and the clerk told me their online shop is not related to their physical store, and she gave me the same number that they dont answer on. I wish i could give them 0 stars. If i had ordered from any other online shop in Slovakia, i would had all my stuff by now.
I also want to add that i have documentation on my order, shipment history and phone logs as proof.
